At 9 pm Saturday,January 19, 2013, after a very warm day, I realized my furnace wouldn't start.
I was able to get Gorjanc Co. on the phone and within a few minutes a furnace man called me back. Nate talked me through things and we got it going by resetting the flue heat sensor. Since it had been a very windy day, which probably caused the problem, I opted to have Nate come out on Sunday to look it over for safety. I was only charged the Saturday rate.
The next day he came out and checked that there were no blockages to my flue or chimney and that the unit was ok.
The service was excellant. My only complaint is that there didn't seem to be an easy way for Nate to get my model number, etc. So I had to find the information at my end for the phone part. My furnace was installed by Gorjanc and I had just had an big repair of electrical parts 3 months ago.
