My water tank broke. I called Gorjanc. They had a plumber come out the next day and they replaced my water tank. Nate B. was the worker that came out and he was a pleasure. Did his job and kept my home clean. Very respectful as well. I would recommend Nate B. and Gorjanc. more

I chose Gorjanc after reading reviews on Angie's list. I must say they were my 2nd call but they should have been my 1st. From the first service call Gojanc was very professional. They were prompt on all three service calls. The 1st service call the furnace was operating correctly, so I paid the service fee and was told if I continued to have problems to call back and they'd come out and take another look - at no additional charge. Well, the furnace stopped clicking on again and this time we called Gojanc out to take a look while it wasn't working. The service tech took his time and basically took everything apart. He discovered we were having an issue that would be costly to fix. They weren't pushy about selling us a new furnace; however, we opted to buy a new one because we'd been having problems all winter. And wouldn't you know they didn't even try to sell us the most expensive furnace they had!!!! Which I appreciated. We ended up going w/ a 95% efficiency furnace. The furnace was installed the next day and has been working well. They even contacted us later to see how the furnace was operating. Special shot-out to Johnathan and John (I can't remember the other tech's name but he was very nice as well). I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends. more

Called Gorjanc to check my garage furnace and possibly get it running, the technician was very thorough and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Unfortunately my furnace was unserviceable but I have an appointment scheduled for Gorjanc to give me an estimate on a replacement unit. I signed up to be a Service Partner because of my great experience with Nate. Overall, I would highly recommend Gorjanc Comfort Services for any heating/cooling needs!!! I called after hours. I received a call from the technician just as promised. He informed me where I was on his list of calls. He showed up, was extremely professional, told me what he was doing as he checked my furnace. He was unable to make the repair that night but told me he would call the next morning when he had the necessary part. Next morning, he called. Told me I would get a call when he was on his way. Also informed me he had one job before me. I must say, I was so impressed with Nate, my technician, that despite the cold and no heat, a miserable night, I was more than happy to wait so Nate could make the repair. more

From the initial contact with your telephone personnel to the very last handshake as your technician leaves my home, I am always pleased. Mark arrived on time and set to work checking our furnace. We have had broken water pipes that had flooded our condo on January 7, 2014 at 11:45pm. All the water mitigation, demolition, and construction had taken a toll on our furnace. Mark analyzed the system and corrected all the problems. He was a joy to have in our home. He explained all the work he did, and put us at ease solving all issues with our furnace. Mark is definitely an asset to Gorjanc. Thank you for a job well done! more

My inducer motor came to a grinding halt last night. A shoot out to Dominion Gas techs who came out and tried to help. Gorjanc's tech named Nate did a great job fixing up my furnace and we have a warm house again. OK, the wife still complains I keep the thermostat too cold. Thanks Nate for the job well done. Our furnace died on the coldest night of the century! On a day when all HVAC companies were booked, Gorjanc got Nate out to look at our ancient unit the same day. Nate was fantastic but unfortunately the part wasn't available any more. The next morning Greg Gorjanc came to quote a new furnace. We had several companies give estimates; Greg was the only who measured my whole house, calculated the load, offered me multiple furnace options and explained each one. We decided to buy our furnace from Gorjanc. Within a couple hours he had workers at our house and were able to have heat the same night. I can't say enough about the quality of the job, the professionalism of the entire team, and how clean and thorough the work was. Our furnace room looks beautiful and the new furnace is awesome. Gorjanc's price was right in line with other estimates we got, but their responsiveness and quality of work was A+++. I showed the finished furnace to a contractor friend, and he said, "For all the work I see here, you got a deal." Definitely recommend. more

Great responseby Nate Brewer .When the furnace was not working we did not know who to call. A friend reccomended Gorjanc and that is how we came to know the fast efficient service by Nate. Had everything taken care of in short order and we had our heat back on. Since we are temporarily disabled and must stay warm it was agreat relief as it was expected to go below zero that night. A great big thanks to Nate nand Gorjanc. We will be calling again when we need service. more

On the coldest day of the year, our furnace breaks down. We called Gorjanc and they sent out Mark. Mark was very professional by the way he presented himself and the service he provided. Mark gave me several options on resolving our heating issues. I felt that he was very honest and up front. I appreciate the fact that Mark did not pressure me in any way. We are really satisfied with the service from Gorjanc. The company is very professional and we received same day service. Nate Brewer identified himself when he stepped on the porch and he was very punctual, polite, and efficient. He explains things as he go and also gives useful advice. The air conditioner had stopped working and they were at my home within 3 hours of the call. They did not have the part on the truck, but went to get it and the issue was solved in 2 hours. Just a great experience. more
