Another reassuring visit 12/4/2012

Nate came for my annual furnace inspection. He was not just on time, but early, as Neal phoned to tell me. He explained what he found, made suggestions, but did not push me to purchase unnecessary appliances or services. I pointed out a small problem with the venting system and he fixed it promptly. I've never been disappointed in Gorjanc's work. more

My furnace was working intermitently. Mike from Gorjanc came and saved the day. He analysed the problem, explained in layman's terms, made fixes and recommendations. Would definitely use them again. more

emergency furnace repair 11/23/2012

I called to see if they could fix my furnace. It was the day after Thanksgiving. It was cold. They sent out Nate Brewer. He was polite & knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to obtain the needed parts so that we would not be left w/o heat for several days. We were so thankful! This is the second time they have come to my rescue. The first time was 9 years ago when my daughter was getting married. We were going to have the wedding reception at our home & the pluming backed up. They came out in the middle of the night & fixed it. Result....a great reception at home! Thank you Gorjanc! more

Mike Manzo did another great job. 11/14/2012

What I like is I don't have to call for an appointment, Gorjanc calls and reminds me that it is time for the furance/air conditioner to be checked. Mike Manzo is always on time and if not he will call and let you know he will be late. He is very knowledgeable and professional and will explain what he did in language I can understand. Anyone you talk to at Gorjanc is very friendly and professional. more

Happy with the Service 11/14/2012

Nate came today to do the fall service on my furnace. He was very polite, explained things to my satisfaction and gave me some suggestions. After talking with him I decided to become a Service Partner and feel comfortable with that decision. I think going with Gorjanc is a good move. more

annual inspection 11/13/2012

Nate Brewer did our annual furnace inspection yesterday. He took his time, then reported out in some detail on what he did and found. He also made some suggestions about additional things we might want to do and noted what parts might need replacement before too long. Very thorough, professional, polite. G. Olson more

Nate did a fine job on my annaul preventative maintenance visit. 10/22/2012

Nate inspected and cleaned my furnace and humidifier and changed the filters on both. Although I didn't watch him work, he seemed to do a very thorough job. He went over the inspection checklist with me in detail. He explained the charges. more

Fall Furnace check-up -- Excellenmt service provided 10/21/2012

Just had my first fall furnace check-up and was very pleased once again with the excellent service provided by Nate, Gorjanc technician. Nate fixed our airconditioner this past summer and it worked flawlessly after the repair. While Nate determined that the blower motor on my furnace needs replacement he took the time to confirm that it appears to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, saving me the cost of the part. I continue to be very satisfied with Gorjanc and the excellent service provided by Nate. more
