Great professional service 3/30/2012

I was a little taken aback when Nathan appeared at my door today because I had made a specific request for a technician with whom I have developed a rapport and great trust. I felt bad that I said to Nathan, "I wasn't expecting you." He said the appointment could be rescheduled, but I said to just go ahead. (I hope I just sounded more surprised and disappointed. I hope I didn't sound irate, because I wasn't.) Anyway, Nathan proved to be another professional, top-notch technician who was very polite and told me what he was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed and asked for his supervisor's name so I could contact him/her to let him know how please I was with Nathan's service. I told Nathan that I would continue to ask for my the technician with whom I've dealt the longest, but wouldn't hesitate to have Nathan out if our regular could not make it. more

Excellent Heating and Air Conditioning Company 3/20/2012

Very pleased 2/8/2012

Nathan came out and was dressed neatly. Covered the bottom of shoes with shoe protectors as he walked through the house. Was able to unclog our central vac and at a reasonable price. I will call Gorjanc again when I need one of the services they provide more

Just an annual boiler checkup but Ben Schaubert was thorough, efficient and neat and explained the condition of my boiler without doing any hard sale. more

I have used Gorjanc for the last couple of years, including the installation of new furnace/air conditioner. I highly recommend the company! 1/17/2012

I initially contact Gorjanc for maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. When the time came for getting new units (both), they provided the best explanation of the various options, and helped me choose the right system. I am very pleased with both the value and the enhanced energy savings. more

I am a repeat Gorjanc customer of many years and I can say that I have never had a bad experience. Gorjanc installed a new furnace and I have had them back every year for an inspection and have never had a problem. Their serviceman (most recent-Nate B.)are always prompt and courteous. Gorjance has been providing us with HVAC service for over 10 years. They are generally prompt for each appointment and always extremely friendly and courteous. In the few instances where we have had an emergency, they have done whatever it takes to fit us in to the service schedule and get the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Gorjance to anyone. more

Happy Long-time Customer 12/27/2011

Gorjanc sold and installed our furnace in 2001, and they have been taking great care of both furnace and air conditioning system since then. The service personnel are consistently courteous, competent, and professional. They have also done some plumbing for us, and that has worked out equally well. I highly recommend this company. more

A little cool on hot water heater 12/2/2011

I am a little dissapointed with my new tankless water heater. When the water finally gets hot it is really nice and hot, but it wastes a lot of water waiting to get warm. Most of the time in the kitchen I am using luke-warm water. Sometimes while taking a shower the water suddenly cools off or just slows to a trickle momentarily.All in all, I think I liked my tank better. more

My drain venting problem 11/3/2011

We have lived here since 1990 and had numerous plumbers doing various plumbing jobs. We asked everyone about the following problem: when the downstairs toilet was flushed it would make gurgling sounds via the bathtub and lately the toilet was making various whooshing sounds. No plumber could analyze the problem until Ryan put his "finger on it". Ryan is truly the "plumber's plumber". more
