Dear Gorjanc, Ben came to our home today, May 9, 2012, for our annual checkup on the air conditioner. I like the recorded phone call from Gorjanc the day before the appointment, and Ben, our service person, shows up on time at 8:00 a.m.
Ben has a nice appearance and is neat and clean. He answers all our questions (we ask lots of questions) in a quiet professional manner. Ben puts on the blue plastic over his shoes/boots. Ben is honest, and told me what to expect in the future from our outside air conditioner. Inside our home, he made the thermostat/temperature work.
Our summer is sure to be pleasant!!
