This is a great company. My furnace died on New Years during our usual January weather. Gorjanc was right there to provide temporary heating and arranged to have a new furnace installed the very next work day. more

First Time Customer - Amazing! 8/11/2016

This was the first time I have used Gorjanc. The service was awesome! Form my first conversation with Chris in the office, they were extremely helpful with scheduling and coordinating when they could beat the house. When Nate showed up, he was on time, professional and extremely helpful. I really appreciated all he did to keep my house clean, from his mat to shoe covers. He explained the situation and what repair options I had. He fixed it quickly. It was such a pleasant surprise to have a company deliver on there promise just as they advertise. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. more

Nate was Great! 7/31/2016

Once again, I am so glad that I am using Gorjanc. They are awesome and so reliable. I recently had Nate do my air conditioning tune-up and he spent almost two hours here measuring and checking all aspects of my system. Not only was he very efficient, he was also very personable. This is a wonderful company, and I have never been disappointed. more

Broken outdoor faucet 7/24/2016

Had a leak on a Sunday and this company was the perfect choice for who to call. The receptionist was fast and friendly, and the service man Jerad was exceptional. Fast, courteous, skilled, and the cost was extremely reasonable especially for a weekend emergency. Thank you! more

Technician arrived 35 minutes late but I did receive a phone call prior telling me he was running late 6/11/2016

I wanted a yearly maintenance check on my AC unit. I was surprised to see how long it took to do this. After two hours and fifteen minutes the technician finally was done. It took much longer than other company's that service my unit in the past. Of course he found a problem with the unit more

Continual Great Service 5/18/2016

We have had a service plan with Gorjanc now for almost a year and continue to be very happy to have it. Yesterday Wilfredo Flynn came out to do our A/C "tune-up" and he was there on-time right at 4:00 (actually we were late in getting home). He is the 3rd different tech out to the house and all of them have been real great with us. It would be easy to tell me that I need coolant or something else I would have no way of knowing about, but instead I was told my 20 year old unit is just fine. I really appreciate honesty like that and in turn it creates loyalty with me. There are so many companies that can take advantage of homeowners that don't know better, I am happy I found a good one to deal with! more

Maintenance success 5/16/2016

For the past five years, I have participated in the twice annual HVAC maintenance program. A small monthly fee pays for the first rate service provided by team Gorjanc to insure the systems operate as designed. With the new options for electrical and plumbing review included, Gorjanc continues to provide and improve its superior service. more

Will Flynn did a superb job. Ever since Rose & I bought our first home in 1979, and the Father, John and Gregory maintained our heat & A/C, all their employees were the best through the years. more

Hot water tank replaced 2/26/2016

Called Gorjanc at 7:30AM, they called me before 8AM. Being a longtime customer they knew the size I needed. Was there by 9:30AM Old tank removed, new one installed very efficiently. Thank you Jon and Justin more

Great Experience 12/22/2015

My husband & I decided to give Gorjanc a try and our technician today was Nate. He was prompt, very professional and pleasant. He serviced our furnace and checked water heater. He explained as he went as I asked questions and when he was completely done he went over all the readouts and paperwork. I was very happy from start to finish with this service call. He went over the service contract, which we signed on for, and was not pushy but just explained everything plus gave us pricing for hot water tank. If all the technicians are like him, we'll never have a problem again. Thank you. more

We purchased a living social 21 point tune-up for our furnace, and called and scheduled an appointment. Nate was prompt and very professional. He cleaned the furnace and took the time to explain everything to us. He informed us of service contracts, but he was not pushy. Nate's friendliness, attitude and professionalism ensured that Gorjanc will be our service from now on. We highly recommend Gorjanc! more
