We have had a service plan with Gorjanc now for almost a year and continue to be very happy to have it. Yesterday Wilfredo Flynn came out to do our A/C "tune-up" and he was there on-time right at 4:00 (actually we were late in getting home). He is the 3rd different tech out to the house and all of them have been real great with us. It would be easy to tell me that I need coolant or something else I would have no way of knowing about, but instead I was told my 20 year old unit is just fine. I really appreciate honesty like that and in turn it creates loyalty with me. There are so many companies that can take advantage of homeowners that don't know better, I am happy I found a good one to deal with!
