Technician was good. But to get charged ~$500 to replace a fill-valve, that took < 30m to replace, is quite ridiculous. I explained the situation over the phone, before someone got here...even stating that I felt it was something with the fill mechanism. Someone could have easily called me to give me a soft estimate over the phone...but to get charged $250 for someone to walk in the door only to give that estimate 5 min later, is extremely disappointing. I cannot see any circumstances where I would actually use your services again....even if it were an emergency.
