I would have to say that I think Gold Star Service is a great company. My first experiences with them were great and I have found them to be professional and diligent. I originally had them come out a few years ago to fix the many water problems that were going on in a brand new purchased home. They installed a water filter, without even checking or testing for perhaps the right one. I am happy to have the filter, but it has not solved any of the problems and upon me following up with the company on this, I have heard almost nothing. I have now gone to the water company to solve this issue. I plan on working them in the future for repairs once the water problem is sorted out and would recommend them to others.
