Jose and his assistant came to repair my kitchen faucet, had it fixed quickly after reviewing the problem. Both plumbers were nice gentleman and quoted a very fair price. Thank you more

Excellent rejuvenation of a failed kitchen sink drain and faucet including new supply valves. Cleared a plugged bathroom sink and a plugged bathroom tub drain. Work performed by two great guys on short notice. more

This was my first time using Gold Star Plumbing. They did a plumbing project and changing to gas from oil for me. They were professional,on time, professional, and courteous. Except the fact that they stalled, everything was fine. They told me they would come in one day, but they ended up coming a different day. The prices were okay. I would recommend Gold Star Plumbing because for the most part, it was a good experience. more

Did some diagnostic work 4/28/2016

The guys over at Gold Star Plumbing did not really do any work for me, but what they did they did well. I had them come to do some diagnostic work for me since I felt like something was off. The guy came out and ran all of his tests and everything came back clear so that was a relief. The guy was nice and I was glad that he did not have to do any actual plumbing work! more

I really like the guys over at Gold Star Plumbing because they are really good guys who do really good work. I really appreciate their honesty in explaining to me what needs to be done and how they can do it in the least costly way. It is great because not only do they do the right thing they also do it the right way that is best for me their customer. I would definitely use these guys again. more

A very pleasant experience. 4/1/2016

I recently had a very good experience with the folks over at Gold Star Plumbing. I was having some issues with my sink backing up and no matter how much I ran the garbage disposal it would just keep backing up and drain really slowly. I called these guys and they sent someone right out to my home. The plumber that they sent out was really courteous as he covered his shoes before he came in. He was able to fix the issue really quickly and explained to me how to prevent that problem from arising in the future which I really appreciated. This was definitely a five star experience and I would definitely use them again. more

Repaired a leaking bathroom faucet 3/15/2016

Jose was very punctual and professional. He gave me various options based on my budget and we agreed that fixing the leak was easier on my budget than replacing the faucet. I was notified by phone when the plumber was on his way and he was here well within the stated time frame. Thank you more

Navien Gas Combination Boiler 2/12/2016

On two occasions they responded within the hour and performed necessary service to restore my hot water and hot water heat. In consultation with the manufacturer, determined that it was improperly piped and redid the system. They also determined that a faulty heat exchanger was the problem and had one on the truck. The employees are courteous, clean and professional. The customer is a priority and I would and have recommended them to others. more
