This service department is very friendly and the customer service lounge is very nice. But, I asked for my 2015 Sonata to be given the update to have Google Auto and was told that my car already had the update. I went online after getting home and found out how to do it myself. Too bad that the service department isn't informed enough to know how to do it. Or, maybe they just didn't want to lose the hour that it takes to upload onto my Sonata's computer... Either way, it just looks like they don't know what they're talking about... I'm glad there is a Hyundai website and youtube videos for me to figure out how to do it... I'd rather have my service department do it, especially when it is an optional update...
