I explained to the checkin person that the car only acted up in the morning and in the lower gears and at a slow speed. It shifted hard as I was slowing down and eased off the gas pedal. I was told it would take about 1-1/2 hours to check my car and let me know about my shifting problem. After 2 hours in the waiting room I asked about the progress. My car had not even been looked at. I overheard someone say that cars brought in at 8:00am had not been started yet. It was now 11:00am. Obviously service was overbooked. When I did get my car in the afternoon I found my radio, which I had shut off, had station changed. Also the mileage at check in and check out was identical on the order form. I had two bars of gas used. Someone was driving my car with loud, loud, music and very fast to use that much gas in a short period of time. Air conditioning, I had not used, was on maximum air on a day which was not particularly hot. Actual mileage driven was unknown. When I got home, 5 miles from dealership, the mileage was 27741. Not a rational mileage for the amount of gas used when check in said it was 27729. I can only surmise the car was punched frequently and with high maximum air-conditioning. The dealership was very courteous and took me home so I did not have to wait any longer.
