everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

Worst

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

This is my second Hyuandai. My first was old and now I'm in a 2015 and he's taken care of me and my cars every time I've ever needed service. He's terrific and I will always love Hyuandai because of him. When I don't understand why I need a service he's there to fully explain and educate me on everything the service entails. All was top. I did not expect the problem with the battery. The car did not give me warning about that, I thought was an electronic thing. Whiteout have to pay a towing no problem with it.) They took my car right away, not too much time waiting for they take my car. I have all the time receive good service at this dealer.
