Almost all my dealings with the customer care people have been super. The only exception was someone in training (I think). Compared with Firestone, the service was outstanding. Your dealership actually figured out what Firestone had done which had adversely affected my car for 1 1/2 years! So glad to give this good review because so many places have been terrible or less than excellent. The extra cost has been well worth it, since we all know you get what you pay for. Keep up the good work, please.
