I bought the car brand new at this place, after 3,000 mills I took it for service a this place. at that time I stated that when I was driving the vehicle at freeway speed I noticed that some noise was coming into the vehicle and it was loud enough that it was hard to hear a conversation or listen to the music. s. advisor told me that mechanic did not find anything wrong. on 10/03/14 I took the vehicle for service, the mileage of my car was about 27,500 mills s. advisor offered me the 30.000 he seemed to be urgent for that sale. I left the car for service, then he call me up and told that my car was ready for pick up, and he recommended to replace the tires because one of them was wore out and has some type of damage on the side. I said I am not buying any tires because I had that problem since my very first car service and you guys could not identified the problem at that time. I said, I am going to talk to service manager to which I did, and I explained to him the whole story. he asked me if I had the service paper work that can proved that I had problem with noise coming into the vehicle before, I told him, you have my vehicle records in your computer too to find out what i just told you. he said, I am going to need your copies anyways. so took I took them the following day to him. he said, good morning Mr. Martinez I do not need your vehicle service copies, I looked them up in my computer, and yes you made a statement about that noise/tires problem. He said we are going to make a claim to Hyundai to replace the tire. I said ok. and here we are 10/25/14 and nobody has call me up to say something about this claim. one thing for sure. even if Hyundai approved the claim and replace the tire, I will have the same problem again because now the tires will run uneven and will make noise. Someone has to do something about it terms of attention to detail, customer service and follow up on customer matters. I would expect my problem solved I do not care if it takes replacing all four tires.....
