everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

Great service experience 4/17/2015

I took my Hyundai Elantra in for its first oil change this week. It was easy to make the appointment, I got there and was immediately attended to, and although the service advisor said it would take about an hour to complete the oil change, the multi-point inspection and the free car wash, it was all finished in only 40 minutes! I bought my car at Garden Grove Hyundai - that was a very painless experience - thanks to the great salespeople; and now the service is equally impressive. I have never received the kind of attention from any dealership in all my years of car ownership as I have from this one ... and I'm almost 60 years old. In the past all my cars were Toyotas but because they have declined in quality in the past few years, I decided to make a switch to Hyundai, and I'm really glad I did! more

Spare tire is ignored during saftey check/inspections 4/6/2015

Service is good as always, however, it is obvious that unless I specifically request, anyting in the trunk, i..e. the spair tire, is totally ignored of checking inflation during the safety check, this is an on going issue as it was not checked during my last service. more

I felt rushed 4/3/2015

The battery was replaced but I was never briefed as to whether or not the electrical system was checked out as I've had some Bluetooth problems in addition to the car not starting. The dealership is so busy and everyone seemed to be running around. Three years ago when I bought the car new, customer service was great. What happened? more
