everything was handled great. no complaints. Jay, your service rep did every thing he could to make my repair as pleasant as possible.

Worst

I have taken my car in for multiple times for the same issue but they have never been able to fix it, even after the issue was video taped.

Listening to your customer 2/2/2016

I am very disappointed that I have had to bring my car back 3 times for someone to finally agree something was wrong with my brakes. Now it needs rotors but 2 weeks ago everything was fine really. more

Service rep misquoted price by 200.00 and then stated he showed me a coupon which he pulled out from below a counter after all the work was completed on my car. So unhappy with the service more

Caring and customer service professionals 12/8/2015

I bought my car at another dealership and went in for my first oil change by appointment. It took them 3.5hrs, I swore I would never go back there again for any service. I bought two cars from GG Hyundai and would get those cars serviced here and always thought they were so helpful and very concerned that everything was to my expectations. So I brought my new car here and even though I got my scheduled maintenance 20000 mile, you normally get your next oil change free, but you have to have bought the car there. I told the person helping that I did not know that and she gave me a discount so I only paid $17.99 for a complete oil change. A small price to pay for them earning my trust and business. more

I have always been treated within a few minutes upon my arrival whether I had made an appointment (the online option is most convenient for me) or just showed up. The service is just excellent. more
