Love going to Future Concepts for my hair cuts, colors, and waxing. Christy is awesome at shaping and waxing my brows and also is excellent with the bikini wax. She makes you feel very comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. Lexie is a great stylist. She always listens to what I have to say and gives suggestions. I would highly recommend Future Concepts! more

My visit started with a hot rock foot bath and the chance to choose an aromatherapy scent. The salon setting is very relaxing and comfortable and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Kristin, the therapist who did my massage, was great. She asked just enough questions to know what kind of massage to give and was a great masseuse. I would highly recommend her! My trusted stylist for over a year and a half has moved to Germany and referred me to Aja at Future Concepts. What a gift from Morgan! Aja not only gave my daughter the royal treatment when cutting her hair between me receiving my color treatment, but she was very patient with my ever moving 2 and a half year old. Aja taught me a lot about my hair, because it is curly and how it should not be frizzy. Well, I tried her tips this morning and guess what???? The tips worked and my hair looks nice and has smooth curls. Thank you Aja for your tips and to me having frizzy hair anymore! I love the cut you gave me too! I found the salon after doing a search for salons in the area. With a little hesitation, I was ready for something new. My stylist was Jaci; she was very welcoming, out-going and a fun to converse with. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and walla, I love it. I didn't have time to research what hair style I wanted before I went and normally stylists get cranky when you aren't able to tell them what you want. But Morgan was great!!! She suggested a style and it turned out fantastic! She didn't just give me a cookie cutter hair cut she gave me something that works with my hair type and face shape. Also, she didn't push any of the products - I hate that! I would definitely visit Morgan again! Pros: reasonable price, very friendly more

I tried Future Concepts for the first time last week thanks to the many great reviews on Citysearch. I got a little too carried away with the tweezers and knew I needed some professional help to make my brows look good for my wedding! I loved the ease of making my appointment online (at 2AM no less!). When I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and ushered into the most peaceful waiting area I have ever been in, with super comfy couches and a fireplace. Christy was very friendly and knowledgable. She showed me what the "plan" was to get my brows more even for my wedding, and seems very knowledgable about what she does! I left the salon with a great impression, which got even better two days later, when got a hand written thank you card from Christy for my visit. I will definitely be returning to Christy for my brows and look forward to trying other services at Future Concepts! more

I went to see Morgan because I was unhappy with the partial highlights and cut i had gotten at another salon. She took the time to understand exactly what wanted and made my hair the most gorgeous it's ever been! She even took the time to teach me the salon-speak for exactly what my hair needs are. I've wasted too many years ,and haircuts, going to those other cheap, chain hair places. But as soon as I had my first haircut with Morgan, I knew I'd never go anywhere else. I love Future Concepts! I have been going there ever since I popped in on a whim one day to see if I could find a stylist since I was new to town. They were able to get me in right then and I've been seeing Jaci ever since. Jaci ROCKS! she is always willing to listen to what you are looking for and I never leave unsatisfied. She styled my hair for my wedding and many of the other stylists worked on my bridal party included my two young neices. Christy does a fantastic job with waxing and facials. I go to her for both bikini and eyebrow waxing. The salon offers quality products to choose from too including Dr. Hauschka skin care and Jane Iredale cosmetics. I love that the service you get is top notch. They offer you tea and a nice warm neck wrap while you wait. I've basically been going there since my best friends' wedding, and what started with just hair cuts, turned to brow wax, brow color and a trendy new hair cut! I love it there! I have been seeing Christy for awhile now for my eyebrow and bikini waxes. I remember when I first came into future concepts I wanted to come in for just a bikini wax and I was very nervous, because I had never gotten one before. But as soon as Christy came out into the waiting room to call me back with her very welcoming smile all my butterflies went away. Not only did Christy make my first bikini wax as painless as she could but she also did not make me feel awkward which I greatly appreciated. Christy also goes above and beyond what she should do. When I came just for a bikini wax that day Christy took a look at my eyebrows, and offered to clean up my eyebrows with no extra charge. Now when I come in I get both bikini and eyebrow waxes. And my eyebrows have never looked better, and my friends always comment on how perfect they look. So basically not only is Christy AMAZING and what she does but she also takes time to really get to know all her guests and really cares for them. I plan on continuing to go to future concepts and keep seeing Christy for a long time because where else would I get this perfect brows? I go to Future Concepts for both haircuts and waxing. I have recommended a number of my friends to go to Christy who does waxing here. She is super friendly, professional, and does a very thorough job! I see Ashley for my hair and she's great too. The prices are lower than other spa/hair studios but the services are on the level with more expensive places. I always feel welcome and their reminder services make sure I get to my appointments! Future Concepts is a great salon/spa to visit - I'm pretty picky when it comes to this, and I highly recommend you schedule your next wax treatment with "Christy" in the spa. I would love to tell eveyone I know looking for a great hair stylist to go to this salon. Christina has been so great to work with and I love the fact that she takes notes each time I come in so she knows what we discussed for my next appointment. I also have never colored my hair and was nervous about it, she mixed the perfect color for me, subtle but noticeable, and it matches very close to my natural color of red. I'm so excited to add more color next time. She has recommended great products and I feel like I have such a great experience every time I go in. I found Future Concepts on the internet and feel very lucky that I did. It is a very convenient location for me, but most importantly, I found Teea. She is genuinely interested in what I want in a haircut, and she strives to get it perfect every time. Which she does. She listens to me and takes everything I say into consideration when cutting my hair. She is fun and always makes me feel like she's happy to see me. I tell everyone about her and think I'll get some friends and co-workers headed her way. more
