Wonderful Spa Experience 7/7/2009

Christy has been my skin person for the last 3.5 years. I am very pleased with the service on facials and brow shaping - I get wonderfull compliments on my skin and brows - a small item but has a great effect on your face features! Her service is pleasant, fun and professional! I would highly recommend her services and I do at every opportunity!!! Pros: Excellent facials and skin care more

The Best Spa I Have Ever Been To 7/7/2009

I met Christy at a class and her enthusiam and love for her profession convinced me to visit Future Concepts. I was not let down. She is amazing...taking time to find out what I need and want. She makes great product suggestions but I never feel pressure to buy things I won't use or need. I love my brows and my skin has never felt better. I have been seeing Christy since she started working at Future Concepts and she is great! She is both personal and professional while at the salon. I've seen her for waxing, brows and facials and have not once had any problems with my services. I've recommended her to all of my friends and family members! more

Best facials!! 7/7/2009

I have been seeing Christy for the past 3 years and can't imagine going elsewhere. Her facials are very relaxing and my face feels amazing afterwards. I have started using the Dr. Hauska products she recommended and love them. They smell fantastic and leave your face feeling soft. I also had Christy shape my brows. This took me awhile to do because I was afraid they may get too thin. I am a firm believer now that they can really open up your eyes and don't change your look. Christy is great!! Teea was my stylist and gave me a great haircut. I hadn't had my hair cut professionally for 6 or 7 years. I was so tired of bad haircuts and stylists who wouldn't listen that I started cutting my own hair. Figured I could ruin it all by myself and then at least I wouldn't have to pay for a bad cut. Teea was highly recommended to me by a friend and I was delighted. She really listened to what I wanted and my hair turned out great and I got many compliments - something I haven't had happen for a long time. I would highly recommend Teea. A great salon for any service you would want. Hair stylists (I had Lexie-she was superb-try to get an appt with her if you can!!) are professional and great at what they do. Provide a great consult at the begin to see what YOU want and what that want for you. Prices are reasonable considering you get a wash, cut and style. Their rewards program is great too. Everyone at the salon is helpful and friendly-I always get my questions answered! Teea is my hairstylist and I don't dare go anywhere else-I make the drive from Elk River because she knows me and more importantly, she knows my hair. She is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns and wants; I can count on a great experience every time. I am always getting compliments on my hair, whether it be cut, style or color! Teea Rocks! 6/29/2009

I have been going to Teea for about seven months. I was referred to her by a friend. She is the type of stylist that understands my hair concerns, former salon experiences and current expectations. Her knowledge of coloring and cuts is amazing! The products she recommended for my hair are outstanding! Both of my daughters get their hair done by her also and they love her 'up beat' attitude and desire to have every customer leave the salon feeling gorgeous!! I have been going to Future Concepts for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I have my eyebrows done by Christy, who, from the very first appointment and every time since, has delivered consistent results & terrific service. Before anything is done, she consults with you to ensure she has your wants at the heart of what she's doing. I recently had a facial done with Christy. Before beginning, she made sure she thoroughly understood my current skin care routine and used products during the facial that would meet with my needs and address any skin concerns I had. At the end of the fantastic facial, she made recommendations based on the products she used and gave me samples to try at home. It was the best facial I've ever had! Christina Kurvers does a wonderful job with my hair. It always looks great when I leave and as it is growing out. I love how she can take care of all of my needs (waxing, color, Pedicures and manicures). Everyone at Future Concepts makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I really enjoy going there. more

Best Salon in Eden Prairie 6/24/2009

At a previous salon I was stuck in a rut of short hairstyles due to naturally curly hair. In search of a salon that provided straightening services and updated services and products, I chose Future Concepts in Eden Prairie. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had a consultation with Teea regarding straightening my hair. She was very professional and answered all my questions about the process. Straightening my hair was a life changing event for me. I have received nothing but compliments on the results and friends tell me I look 10 years younger. For the first time in my life I have shoulder-length hair. Thank you Teea – you’re the Best! more

I think I found a new salon! 6/24/2009

I just recently moved to EP from Iowa. I had been going to the same stylist in the QC for 2 years so I wasn't particularly excited about finding another here in MN, but on my first experience with Future Concepts I was pleasantly surprised! My stylist's name was Dena and she asked me all the right questions in order to get my hair the way I like it. I will be going back with no hesitation! Thanks Dena! Lexie is Fantastic 6/24/2009

I have been a guest at Future Concepts for over 12 years! I feel like I am part of the family. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. They will be happy to work with you around schedule changes. Originally Julie (the owner-also fantastic) cut styled and colored my hair. I loved it. As Julie's responsibilities with the salon increased she recommended I switch to Lexie. That was over four years ago. My hair looks great. Lexie listens and is easy to bounce ideas off of. She is honest and in a very gentle way will let me know if I am on the right track or steer me in another direction. Lexie always has new and fresh ideas. I love that she remembers everything about me from what I like to my family. I can't imagine having my hair done anywhere else. Lexie is the ultimate professional and loves what she does. She is awesome and my experience is always relaxing and FUN! I feel like a new person when I leave the salon. Lexie is the absolute BEST! Pros: warm neck wraps, attention to detail, friendliness Cons: NO NEGATIVES TO THIS SALON IT"S THE BEST! more
