Very Professional, first class, My first impression of the Spa was that it is tailored for woman. I was totally wrong; from the start I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend it for men as well as woman. I am in the funeral business and my schedule can change from day to day hour to hour. They were very accommodating and Keely was very flexible. I get a manicure every 2 weeks; I want my hands to look good for my customers and am really satisfied with Future Concepts Studio & Spa. I had my first sport manicure from Keely who was great & very professional. It took ½ the time my old person did, with better results @ cost savings. It begins with right stylist! I was able to get Teea. She makes you feel so great about yourself, which I need in today's jungle, and then works her magic and sends me out feeling like a 10! This is one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. I can wash and go, gel it or run out the door with it and it still looks good. Best of all as it grows out it stays shapely and tidy. Morgan is my stylist. She is meticulous, fun and professional. So much so that my whole family goes there now, all 6 of us! Thanks Morgan, you're the best! more

I have been to many salons, I am very particular about my hair. Teea has been doing my hair for 2 years now and she is the only one I will let touch it anymore! This salon I discovered after I knew one of the stylists. But I don't go there because I know someone! The people are great and act almost like a family. They are all friendly and get you what you want. I have gone in many times not knowing what I wanted and my stylist, Morgan, helped me figure out what would look good with my bone sturcture. Keely's leg and foot massages are heavenly and the polish lasts!! Dena's an excellent stylist and colorist. Her scalp massages are nap inducing. Overall this salon excells in customer service. Well i'll start this off by saying that i love this salon/spa. this was the first place i ever went to have a manicure and a pedicure and i've tried many other places but i always come back to future concepts. the staff is amazing and professional. Morgan the girl who i go to see is amazing she provides an amazing level of service that is rare today. I received a handwritten coupon from Jocelyn for a discount off of a service. I was thrilled and planned on trying out the salon, since I had become disappointed with my regular Aveda salon. Only when I called did I notice that the coupon had already expired (I have a busy life as a graduate student and can't simply put my world on hold to go the salon). When I called the receptionist to ask if she could extend it, she sneered, and said "Only sometimes do we extend gift certificates--once a customer has paid." It sounds to me that they "eat" your cash. After encountering such rudeness, I am glad I didn't let them touch my hair! One goes to a salon to relax--not to get hassled! I have been going here for 4 years. It is in a quiet location so when you first pull in, you question the environment (may appear to be a ghost town) but as soon as you walk in, you realize that you can rest at ease. It is a smaller salon where you can have a massage, facial, or get your hair done- all for reasonable prices. Always been greeted promptly in a friendly manner- never had a problem. Newly remodeled, it just keeps getting better. If you are looking for an ultra salon where you will feel pampered 110%, this is not the place but if you are looking for a place where you will be treated well and pay reasonable prices for services, I recommend fully. Some hairstylists are just beginning their career but then you do have the more seasoned. The prices do vary, depending on the level of experience you are looking for. I was looking for all of the services of a very upscale salon, but watching costs at the same time. Future Concepts is just that! I had the most wonderful experience in getting both a pedicure and a manicure. From the moment I entered the door, I was warmly and graciously welcomed. I had the attention I expected and the service as well. The service was very professional! Products used were excellent and I was more than satisfied with the results. The salon was very clean and orderly. IF you are looking for a quality salon, without paying way off the charts for services and where the service providers actually care for their clients, then Future Concepts is the place for you! I have never been to this Salon but it is right near where I work so I made an appt. When I asked the pricing for a men's haircut I was told it will be $44. I'm sorry, but a men's haircut should NEVER be that much $. Quit kidding yourself, it is not that difficult to spend 15 minutes cutting a man's hair. I have received many fantastic haircuts for closer to $20. more
