I have been seeing Christy for awhile now for my eyebrow and bikini waxes. I remember when I first came into future concepts I wanted to come in for just a bikini wax and I was very nervous, because I had never gotten one before. But as soon as Christy came out into the waiting room to call me back with her very welcoming smile all my butterflies went away. Not only did Christy make my first bikini wax as painless as she could but she also did not make me feel awkward which I greatly appreciated. Christy also goes above and beyond what she should do. When I came just for a bikini wax that day Christy took a look at my eyebrows, and offered to clean up my eyebrows with no extra charge. Now when I come in I get both bikini and eyebrow waxes. And my eyebrows have never looked better, and my friends always comment on how perfect they look. So basically not only is Christy AMAZING and what she does but she also takes time to really get to know all her guests and really cares for them. I plan on continuing to go to future concepts and keep seeing Christy for a long time because where else would I get this perfect brows?
