I tried Future Concepts for the first time last week thanks to the many great reviews on Citysearch. I got a little too carried away with the tweezers and knew I needed some professional help to make my brows look good for my wedding! I loved the ease of making my appointment online (at 2AM no less!). When I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and ushered into the most peaceful waiting area I have ever been in, with super comfy couches and a fireplace. Christy was very friendly and knowledgable. She showed me what the "plan" was to get my brows more even for my wedding, and seems very knowledgable about what she does! I left the salon with a great impression, which got even better two days later, when got a hand written thank you card from Christy for my visit. I will definitely be returning to Christy for my brows and look forward to trying other services at Future Concepts!
