VIP Treatment 6/23/2009

I love the atmosphere & staff. I feel like one of the family when I walk in. Jaci has been my stylist for quite some time now. She remembers my likes & dislikes. If I need to reschedule or make an emergency appt - she is always accomodating and finds a way to fit me in. I feel like I get the VIP treatment everytime. Warm wraps & hot chocolate... gotta love it! more

Christina is amazing! 6/23/2009

I have had the same hairstyle for most of my adult life. I tried to go short twice, but hated the look. Christina at Future Concepts finally gave me a cut that fit my face and worked with the curly texture of my hair. I absolutely love the change. It’s so easy to maintain. I can't tell you how many people commented on how much younger I look. She took years off. She's amazing and she listens to your needs and wants. I won't go to anyone else. more

Jaci- great stylist and make-up artist 6/23/2009

I've been seeing Jaci for about two years now and have been very please with the haircuts and as of recently the color. She does a great job. BUT... her make-up techniques are amazing!!!! I have had problem skin all my life and after one haircut she offered to freshen up my make-up. It was unbelieveable! What ever she did worked wonders. I had flawless looking skin when I walked out and didn't feel or look like it was globbed on, (as often happenes in department stores). I had compliments on my look through out the day. If you have an event to go to or just want to add to your hairstlye I highly recommend her make-up applications. But her hairstyling is great too. Pros: Best makeup application I've ever had! Cons: Location, chairs in salon waiting area more

The greeting was peaceful and cordial. My tech, Keely, was lovely, attentive, professional, calming and talented. Keely is a perfect technician and lovely, personal connection. Pros: One of the best pedicure environments in town Cons: Could be hard to find for some; not me! I love the SW metro more

My image is very important to me and my business, and Ashley is the best stylist I have ever had. Not only is she extremely talented, but she actually listens to what I want. I have been a longtime client and she still goes above and beyond by offering scalp and hand massages. Try Ashley at Future Concepts once -- and I can guarantee you will never go elsewhere. more

When I went into this salon everyone was very welcoming to me. It is a very pleasant atmosphere and I would definitely recommend anyone going to this salon and seeing Christina. She is very good at what she does and also recognizes your business as a customer. I enjoy getting thank you and birthday cards in the mail from Christina and the salon! more

Best Hair stylist in twin cities! 6/22/2009

If you are looking for a trendy and update to date look - look no further than Morgan at Future Concepts. I have been seeing Morgan for over 3 years and hands-down she is the best stylist. She is very knowledgable in hair care products, styles and all other services a full service salon offers. She is friendly and really enjoys her job. All the staff members at Future Concepts are helpful and super nice. Give them a try! more

Attention Men--- ever thought of hair removal? Afraid of of the thought, the minor pain, the embrassment of a SPA? Fear not! Future Concepts Studio & Spa is the answer. The entire staff is very attentive and disreet in the whole process. Appointments can be made with a simple phone call/email and reminders are always sent via email. Christy is very personable and professional. Is there some pain assoicated with actual process? Yes (your having hair pulled out of your back!)...but the pain in very minor and not long lasting....and the results are worth it! Highly recommend you give them a try! Great people and location 6/21/2009

Teea is great, professional and caring. It feels like you are stepping back in time with the attention everyone gives you, from taking your jacket to putting it back on. They provide the "extras" like a neck wrap and hot tea to make you feel like you are at a spa that charges way more than you want to pay. The best staff ever! 6/21/2009

Jackie has cut and colored my hair every eight weeks for the past 5 years. She rocks! I know that she will always do a good job and pick the right color for my skin tone. I have gone from blond to brown to red and loved them all! I also see Christy every four weeks for a bikini and brow wax. She does an amazing job too. I have never had a bad hair cut, color, or waxing and the staff is always friendly! Pros: Everyone is friendly and good at what they do! more

the best salon/spa ive been to 6/21/2009

ive been to almost every salon and spa in eden prairie, and nothing compares to future concepts. usually emily does my eyebrows, and they always turn out looking beautiful and exactly how i want them to look, although ive had many other technicians at future concepts wax my brows and they turned out equally as beautiful. i am also a fan of the dr.hauschka skin care line, and the jane iredale makeup line. the overall appearance of my skin has improved since ive started using it! ive been seeing morgan to get my hair done, and it has turned out absolutely beautiful everytime. all my life i have had platinum blonde hair and for a long time ive wanted to go darker. i trusted morgan to do an incredible job, and she did. she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what tones would work well for me, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. ive recieved so many compliments!! thank you future concepts for making me feel and look so beautiful!! AMAZING 6/20/2009

I have been going to Future Concepts for about 3 years now and love it, my stylist is Morgan and I never leave without a huge grin on my face and a boost of self confidence. I used to be blonde and am now almost black and have been all different browns and even reds, plus perms and different cuts. I was always thrilled with what I saw when she spun me around to face the mirror. Thanks Morgan!!! You're my hero!! Pros: just about everything, service, decor, vibe, etc... Good service, great people 6/19/2009

I've been going to Christy for years for bikini and brow waxing and she does a great job every time. She's very personable and always professional and very thorough. I've seen 2 hair stylists in the same time, most recently Laine since the other moved. She's very attentive and I can count on her to make great cut and color suggestions to keep my look fresh. Future Concepts isn't necessarily any cheaper than comparable salons, but the biggest difference is how nice the people are and how they aren't pushy about getting you to buy their products. That, along with great service is what keeps me going back. Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable prices more

I've been coming here for years now. My stylist is Morgan. She does a awesome job, and spends her time getting it just right. We have gone from blonde to black to red to brown hair color and she delivers every time! I now bring my daughter in to see her also. Comfortable place 6/19/2009

Every visit is a warm experience. I used to do my hair myself for many years. After discovering Morgan as my stylist I now look forward to my styling. She does a great job not only on my cut but also the coloring is great. I constantly get compliments on it. Pros: best coloring more
