Amazing Haircut Great Brows!! 7/22/2009

I have been going to future concepts for a while and I keep going because I get exactly what I want. I am very picky about my hair- I like it to look nice with hardly any work for me in the morning. And that is what I always get! Teea use to do my brows but after a new esthtician started she told me to go see Emily. Emily always is looking out for every last hair that is out of place and always takes her time! It is hard finding a good stylist or someone who can give you great eyebrows so if you are looking, go to future concepts and ask for Teea or Emily! Pros: Teea and Emily are amazing! Cons: N/A more

Christy - Best eyebrows ever! 7/21/2009

I drive all the way from Prior Lake to Eden Prairie just to have Christy wax my brows. I had a horrible experience once when a different woman at another salon did my brows and waxed off way too much and it looked awful. I trust Christy, she is careful and does a perfect job! Best Experiance Ever! 7/20/2009

I just started being a guest at Future Concepts a year or so ago! I only get my hair done right now but Tia has been telling me I have to get a facial or a massage soon because they are amazing! Which I wouldn't doubt because so far everything at Future Concepts has been amazing. The receptionists are always welcoming and nice. They give me warm neck rags and something to drink (In the winter they even will have apple cidar!) Teea has always been honest with me when she thinks something will work in my hair or not. Or when I think something will look good and really it won't. She helps me come up with new ideas that will! Future concepts is a very clean place, never dirty dishes laying around or piles of hair! Teea always talks postive about who she works for as well so I know that the owners take good care of their employees. Happy employees = great hair cuts for me! :) I would definalty recommend this place for anyone who wants to come and relax and leave with great hair! Pros: Clean Friendly Honest! Cons: None! more

I needed this! 7/18/2009

My sister is a hairstylist and she has been doing my hair for years. She was my sister but never listened to what I wanted and it drove me crazy! My boyfriend sees Teea and referred me to her when I moved to the city! She gives me the best color I have ever had! My hair was a mess when she started with me but she has turned it beautiful! She is always aware of cost and with the economy the way it is it is wonderful for someone to pay attention to where your budget it at!! I have referred my two daughters to her as well as some friends! I have full faith that she will (has) take care of them the way she has taken care of me! more

Great service! 7/18/2009

Teea is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, has a ton of experiance, she doesn't push product --but still is honest when she thinks I need something! I love spending my time with her! Every six weeks we catch up-I am pretty sure she knows more about my family than they do! Beside for her great personalitly she always does a fantastic job on my hair. I usually like the same cut and color but at least once or twice a year she changes it up to make sure I don't get bored with it! Which I love because I can never come up with any good ideas on my own hair! more

I owe my friend dinner for referring me to Christy. She is an AMAZING esthetician! She takes her time and catches every detail when waxing. She does such a fantastic job that I won't let anyone else near my eyebrows. Plus, her facials are the best I've ever had. Fantastic Spa Experience! 7/17/2009

I first came to Future Concepts in February 2007 to have a spa day with 3 friends, and have been going back ever since. I had almost given up the concept of brow waxing, because I'd had such poor to mediocre experiences with it before. Luckily during one visit I had Christy do them, and I've been going back ever since. She's a genius with shaping and is good at responding to specific requests. There was one day when I had to get my brows done for pro pictures, and she wasn't available, so I went somewhere else, thinking "how bad could it be?" Never again, I tell you! Christy is the only one I'll let touch my brows now. Oh - and despite not being much of a facial person, one day I decided to try the bright eyes facial with her. FABULOUS. It was incredibly relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt great and had a nice glow to it. I've recently moved further away from the salon, but am still a regular of Christy's - she's worth the extra drive. Pros: great ambiance, highly skilled & friendly technicians more

SHE LISTENS! 7/15/2009

I lost my favorite hairstylist due to a move on my behalf. I tried many new stylists before finally finding Teea. She actually listened to me! She matched the color I wanted to a T and gave me an amazing cut! I have been seeing her for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else as long as she doesnt either! If you are tired of not getting what you want, or tired of always having the same cut and color after each visit go see Teea! She is awesome! Pros: Finally I have the color I have always wanted! more

Inviting, Accommodating, Exceptional Salon & Spa Services 7/15/2009

If you are particular like me when it comes to getting your brows done you must go to Future Concepts and ask for Christy. She is an exceptional artist. For I belive knowing exactly how to frame ones face takes artistry. I have also experienced with Christy the best bikini wax ever and I mean that. She knows what she is doing and Christy is discrete and thorough! Did I also mention she is amazing with make-up application too! I recommend you make an appointment for a makeup consultation with Christy. If you spend $30 in make-up I think the consult is free! Definitely worth it and the make-up is Jane Iredale. The salon is stylish and easy to get to. The customer service is fantastic. I always feel welcomed and sincerely valued as a client. I have been a customer for some time now and get my hair done there as well and will continue to do so for years to come! Best salon experience ever!!!! 7/14/2009

I was in search of a new stylist & after reading the reviews on Citysearch here decided to try Future Concepts--and I'm so glad I did!!!! Ashley ROCKS!! I didn't know quite what I wanted & she took the time to listen to me & to what I wanted to do & I came out with a great cut! She was extremely patient with me. Was told about the products they sell there, but never felt any pressure to buy like I have at other salons. She spent a lot of time talking things thru with me & told me what she was going to do before she started--I never felt rushed to make a decision like at other places. The way you are treated from the moment you walk in the salon is like no other place I've ever been to. They are very friendly & answer all your questions. The service is outstanding & I don't think now I'd go anywhere else. If you're looking for a new stylist, COME HERE! I was blown away by this place & you will be, too! I won't go anywhere else 7/13/2009

From the first time I walked in to Future Concepts, I was blown away by their attention to detail- from courtesies like taking your coat at the door, to the convenience of being able to manage appointments online, I am always impressed. I have had my hair cut, colored, and styled, as well as had facials, brow treatments and makeup done and I can honestly say I have always been extremely happy with the services. I'm a regular with Teea and she is phenominal- not only do I trust her completely with my hair, but I always know I will have fun talking with her at my appointment- I would recommend her to anyone! Christy - Skin Care Specialist 7/13/2009

I was referred to Christy from friends for the amazing work she does on brows. Christy completely changes your face with her brow work. I overplucked one of my brows so they looked uneven and after trying many aestheticians, she was finally able to fix them and they now look great! The price for her services are very reasonable considering her experience level and the quality of work that she does. Very professional, wide range of hours to fit your schedule, and the reminder email is also really helpful. Pros: Best brows ever! Cons: None more

Great Experience 7/7/2009

I have been going to Future concepts for awhile now and see Teea for my hair. She is amazing. She know exactly what would look the best for me and has done wonders on the health of my hair. I have referred 2 of my friends to her and they also love her. I also see Emily for my skin care and love the facials that I receive and knowledge she has on what my skin needs. Chisty made my eyebrows go from dissappearing to fabulous! I also recommend her facials they are so relaxing, informative and showed immediate results. Love the products she uses! Erin performs magic on my nails they are always perfect in every way--- if I need a repair she takes care of it immediately... Love the attention I get. She also does a fabulous pedicure! Between the attention I get from these two ladies I would never go anywhere else. Plus with their automated e-mail reminders for my appointments I don't have to worry if I will remember as I always get a reminder a few days ahead of every appointment - It's the BEST! Love Love Love the way Teea cuts and colors my hair!! And she always has me styled great when I leave the salon!! I never have to worry about having to go home to touch up my hair before going out. Great Mens Haircut! 7/7/2009

I have been going to barbers, stylist, and even cost cutters on and off for years. No one was ever able to cut my hair until I found Tia and Future Concepts. She listens to what I want and pays attention to details (ie eyebrows, my ears, making sure my neck is clean shaven) She also make sure not to cut any of my cowlicks to short so they don't stick up! I was referred to Teea by a friend that has seen her for a couple of years. I was nervous to switch hairstylists because I liked who I was seeing but I wanted something a little different and my stylist just wasn't giving me that. Teea listened to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The first time I was in I got a bran new cut and color and felt great! I always get complements from people on it and Teea is always willing to change it up which is great for someone like me! more
