They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Called to ask about service, was treated courteously and promptly. Received an immediate call back the next day when leaving an email on Christmas Day. Very helpful and when the technician arrived, was very knowledgeable and also very courteous. Had my plumbing problems solved quickly and efficiently. Very pleased, will definitely use your company again. more

Turned it around 12/5/2018

My initial experience with 4 Star was when my AC unit broke down and of course it was when it was hot / compressor was shot / decided to replace whole system rather than just the compressor / while waiting for install 4 Star supplied me with portable AC units which was great / techs who installed unit were really great / then it happened I was supposed to be contacted for service on my unit and never was / I kept waiting and waiting and finally I had to call for service / I really thought what kind of lame company did I pick out and yes I did look up their reviews which were good / after telling the service tech and customer service about not being called for follow up service 4 Star turned it around and have been consistent with honoring my service contract and calling me for service so in the end it turns out I picked the right company for my AC needs. more

Great Service and Technician 11/28/2018

I had a problem with a brand new water heater that my friend had installed for me. After calling a service tech from the company he first told me my problem was with an element. So we replaced the element and the problem still existed. So I finally called 4 Star and they sent Jeff out the next morning. After explaining to him what the problem was he said right away we had a bad thermostat. He then insisted that I contact the company, since it was a new unit, so that I wouldn't be stuck with almost a $300 bill. He even spoke with the representative from the company and was given an authorization number to proceed with the repair. I would have just spent the money and got it fixed so I am very thankful for his help. I would surely use 4 Star again for any plumbing problems I have in the future. more

Excellent Service 11/26/2018

Have had dry walk, plumbing and electrical work done. A challenging plumbing problem and bathroom fan redo was solved in a manner that showed care and follow through. Service can be provided same day or as scheduled with clearly defined cost estimates. Very impressed with all service techs and office staff. more
