My initial experience with 4 Star was when my AC unit broke down and of course it was when it was hot / compressor was shot / decided to replace whole system rather than just the compressor / while waiting for install 4 Star supplied me with portable AC units which was great / techs who installed unit were really great / then it happened I was supposed to be contacted for service on my unit and never was / I kept waiting and waiting and finally I had to call for service / I really thought what kind of lame company did I pick out and yes I did look up their reviews which were good / after telling the service tech and customer service about not being called for follow up service 4 Star turned it around and have been consistent with honoring my service contract and calling me for service so in the end it turns out I picked the right company for my AC needs.
