They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Good service, just a little off schedule this time, was supposed to be at the first stop between 8-10 -did not get there until 11:30 or so, next stop was supposed to be between 11-1 and it was 2 before he arrived. more

I can depend on Four Star to give me the service i need. The girls on the phone aare always very personable and willing to help. They put in a whole house water filtration system and we just love it. Their prices are reasonable. more

What is my warranty? 5/22/2018

Before the 1st year was up- you had to come out and the tech said the coolant was 1lb low - and you charged me a service charge. 1 year later not cooling again, the tech said it had too much coolant - no charge this time, but Sunday the A/C wasn't cooling again. I only go down there 3 Months out of the year and every time I go the A/C doesn't work. What is my warranty? more
