They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

consistent quality 11/15/2017

I've used Four Star for both plumbing & A/C for several years. The people in the office are always pleasant, the technicians explain everything thoroughly and I trust their recommendations. We've had a couple of hiccups over the years, as you'd expect with anything mechanical, but any problems were promptly and courteously corrected - you can't ask for more than that. more

As usual, these guys deliver what is promised.! I live in NC and my condo is in Garden City. They help me micromanage all my plumbing and heating needs with a mere phone call. I couldn’t do it without them. I rent my condo year round and they address any problems I have with so many things! Highly efficient.. Highly recommend them. more

Had good experience with two people who came to house, office personnel very helpful. Came back when I had unfamiliar noise and helped diagnose and solved problem, When out of his way to help me find filters that are better for my system and cheaper ! Have recommended them to my sister. more

When I called to get an appointment they said there is a $75 service fee. Great! All were very professional. Then when the service tech came and gave me an estimate it was $230 not sure what all that included. he was there approximately 15 minutes and said he needed to get a new O ring. When he returned he said the O ring cost $15 but my estimate then changed to $260. Hmmmm.... I had to get it fixed because I had someone coming to resurface my tub. I guess $245 an hour is a little high. If you take out the $75 service fee then it would be $170 hour. The tech did fix my dripping faucet and tightened up my kitchen sink faucet. He said that they also install hot water if I was ever in need. I would hate to know how much that would cost. more

We had two service visits. The first to diagnose the problem and dertermine what parts were required . The second to install the parts and check out the system. All work completed and operation successful. more

Love this company! We rent condos in SC and do not live in the area. So when something happens to our air conditioner unit while a guest is staying, it is comforting to know Four Star is there within a couple of hours to fix it! more

Not happy with service provided! 10/13/2017

We had a 3pm appointment to replace floor flange on toilet that had been removed by the homeowner. Serviceman tried to repair flange but had to go get a replacement flange, remove broken flange & install new flange. Serviceman was unable to anchor flange because screws continued to break. Serviceman ask if job could be completed the next day but instead of being first the next day had to wait until 2pm for completion of repairs & reset of toilet. I also think we were over charged for service. more
