I had a problem with a brand new water heater that my friend had installed for me. After calling a service tech from the company he first told me my problem was with an element. So we replaced the element and the problem still existed. So I finally called 4 Star and they sent Jeff out the next morning. After explaining to him what the problem was he said right away we had a bad thermostat. He then insisted that I contact the company, since it was a new unit, so that I wouldn't be stuck with almost a $300 bill. He even spoke with the representative from the company and was given an authorization number to proceed with the repair. I would have just spent the money and got it fixed so I am very thankful for his help. I would surely use 4 Star again for any plumbing problems I have in the future.
