They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Trustworthy dependable company 1/14/2018

Very dependable courteous company. I would highly recommend this company. I have property in SC and live in NY and when an issue arises in SC four star is prompt and reliable in resolving the problem. They do their best to make you smile! more

Two different service men two different opinions 1/14/2018

First day John t came out. All he wanted to do was add freion. Didn’t check anything out really just said thought we could use about a pound. Said would fix problem and left. That night our house was coldest it had ever been on a cold night..called back next morning first thing got a guy named Robbie. He was wonderful checked things out in attic and outside worked for some time to try and resolve our problem even though it was very cold outside. He apparently got the job complete because we didn’t have the problem any more. So thanks to a person named Robbie doing their job that cares finally we had heat. Apparently some people that work for you don’t care just get in and get out makes me wonder did we really need freion or not that we were charged for?? Can’t really rate your stars at all for John t but can rate the stars for Robbie as all good. more

Installed a water heater in my condo in Myrtle Beach. Office staff and installers were excellent. I will always use Four Star. more

Great work to solve a basic kitchen problem 1/9/2018

We needed to get the disposal fixed/replaced for 2 reasons. First, we needed the kitchen sink to work. Second, we just sold the house & the inspector is coming Wednesday. One way or another, it had to be fixed. more

John responded to our need quickly and professionally as he always does. He worked well after dark on a bitterly cold evening. We did not hear the first complaint or negative word from him. John was all about restoring heat to our home. more

Always felt comfortable knowing Four Star Plumbing was there. 12/11/2017

Always professional. Water heater leaked. Repair person did not recommend replacing this valve. Perhaps it was not leaking then. Cost $220 8 weeks later. There was rust on the bottom of water heater, I believe this should have alerted him. more

We called and made an appointment for a specific date and time and the technician was right on time. He even called when he was 10 minutes out. Prompt, clean and professional service. Our technician Curtis was great. We would definitely recommend 4-Star Plumbing. more

Wonderful job! 11/26/2017

Thank you for your immediate support and service. After flooding the kitchen on Thanksgiving it was quite obvious that the garbage disposal was dead and leaking! We were able to schedule an appointment on Friday and all is well in the Garigen kitchen. Thanks for your wonderful job and timely service! more
