Good Experience at Exclusive 2/15/2011

Excellent experience overall. My family and I are very satisfied with our experience. We needed a new living set and always wanted a 50 inch tv. We saw a tv commercial and decided to stop by the 290 and Jones store. We were impressed with the service. We bought a living room package deal for a good price within our budget, Anyway, delivery was on time and wanted to write about our positive experience. Check it our for yourself. Thank you. more

As Christmas drew close I wanted a set of new furniture for the house and started shopping around. Nine years ago I had purchased furniture from exclusive and I wanted to try somewhere else for my next furniture and shopped places like room-to-go, metropolitan furniture and, as a last resort shopped exclusive furniture again. I couldn't make up my mind. I went to metropolitan and made up my mind to buy from them but the day I went to purchase, the sales rep was so rude and unprofessional that I decided to go back to exclusive furniture where, once again, I got a good deal from a very helpful salesman. They promised to deliver the next day and did as promised. On the contrary, metropolitan had promised to deliver two days after purchase and were not even committal. Once again, exclusive furniture kept its promise and gave me a good deal with a timely delivery. I will buy there again!!! more

Great Furniture with Great Prices 11/22/2010

I had an opportunity to visit Exclusive Furniture after receiving several advertisement through the mail. I can honestly say, they have a large selection of beautiful furniture and the prices are much lower than the other four funiture stores I visited. I am satified with the furniture I selected and the price I paid for it. I would strongly recommend this fruniture store if you are looking for good funiture with affordable prices. Not to mention the great service from the sales associate and the managers you are willing to work with you. more

Poooor Customer Service and Satisfaction 11/18/2010

My wife and I went to Exclusive Furniture to purchase a bed for our three year old. I understand that to bed that we wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer (because Exclusive didn't have it in white), but this was only due to the color of the bed. The company they order it from is located in Dallas. Anyway, long story short. The bed was promised to be delivered on Thursday evening. We had company coming in town and really could of used the trundle bed that came with his bed. Now we have company sleeping on the floor for two nights until the bed can be delivered on Saturday some time. Never mind the fact that someone is going to have to stay around the house all day Saturday and miss the wedding that we already had plans to attend. When I called the store to find out an ETA on the delivery, the person on the other end (who claimed to be the Manager) did not care about the problem and said that the bed will not be delivered until Saturday. I work in the service industry and if I were to tell a customer that sorry about your plans and your problem, you will have to wait. I would be standing in the unemployment line. more

Great Furniture! 10/20/2010

I had the best experience at Exclusive Furniture! My husband and I have 3 small children and this was the first time as a family we bought furniture. The staff recognized our needs and helped us pick the right furniture. We even got a 42" LG tv thrown in for free! My house is now a home! Thanks Exclusive Furniture! more

I love the new furniture everyone was so helpfull and very nice. I will buy more furniture from Exclusive Furniture! I went to 6 or 7 different stores and no one was as helpfull as they were. On top of that they had everything that I wanted in stock and had it in my livingroom and set up the next day. Over all everything was great more

Very Satisfied 10/14/2010

I really enjoyed my experience; as soon as I and my boyfriend walked in the door we were greeted and welcomed in and the sales man was very knowledgeable and was able to understand exactly what we were looking for. The application process was quick and easy. We were in and out in less than an hour. I do recommend EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE (Were Low Prices Live) to anyone looking for furniture. \r Rbecerra. more

We appreciate your furniture pros at Exclusive Furniture. Our sales guy found the perfect bedroom set for us. He made sure the price was within our budget. And we now have a beautiful 32" tv for the bedroom. It was part of our package that included a new mattress also. Could not be happier. Great Selection and Good Prices 1/12/2010

I heard an radio advertisment for Exclusive Furniture and was a bit reluctant to visit the store but thought I didn't have anything to lose by visiting the store. I was actually impressed by the huge variety of furniture items that were available in the store. The sale reps at the Southwest location are very courteous and knowledgable of their products. The store manager, Jonathan Perez, will do his best to give you the best price available. He honored the store's online price of my sofa set purchase even though the sale had ended the prvious day. EF offers a reasonable price for furniture delivery and setup and I'm so thrilled with my purchase. I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends. more

Buy Furniture "Where Low Prices Live!" 1/12/2010

Just bought a very nice new bedroom set and mattress from Exclusive on Saturday. We shopped at several stores and ended up getting the best deal from the store on the southwest freeway, 59. We got 10% off by paying with cash (we saved up for a few months). I was impressed because the bedroom set and mattress were delivered today on time. Wanted to write a review to recommend other Houstonians to go and buy their furniture from Exclusive. Very professional, great stuff for your home and the best deals around. We are very excited. more

Definitely at Exclusive Furniture...great store! 12/30/2009

We live in Jersey Village and always recommend people to buy furniture from Exclusive Furniture. We bought several mattresses from Super Sam over the years, a fun game table and a living room set. We always get great deals and they really work with you on the prices. I have sent many of my co-workers and my mom and dad to Exclusive here on 290 and Jones Road to get great deals on whatever they need. My parents bought an entertainment center, sectional couch, mattresses and a day bed from Exclusive Furniture. They have great things to say about their experience and they refer even more people they know to the store. Their warehouse is in Houston so delivery is always scheduled the next day and we've never had a problem. I read some of the reviews and it looks like the competition (other local furniture stores) writes most of them to smear Exclusive. I recommend Exclusive Furniture! 12/9/2009

I was shopping around for furniture this past weekend and I went to all the big stores around houston like Gallery, bell, bassett, noels, etc. Then I went to hilton, bi-rite, and landed at Exclusive and I must say Exclusive Furniture's customer service and furniture was the best I had seen all day! I was truly exhausted from seeing furniture and being hassled by salespeople all day, at Exclusive, the salesperson let me breathe and let me look around the store, then he came and asked if I liked anything, when I told him my budget, he worked with it, and had my furniture delivered the next day in perfect condition! I'm glad I stopped by at exclusive because the experience was memorable! the employees there are laid back & helpful! I GIVE THEM AN A+! more

GREAT FURNITURE PLACE! 12/8/2009

I went to exclusive furniture skeptical because it wasn't as known as rooms to go or gallery furniture, but i'm glad I stopped by. the merchandise in the store is beautiful! and the service is WONDERFUL! the environment isn't uptight, there very comfortable and clear with you and they give you the greatest deals so that they can fit YOUR budget! these salespeople were the first ones that I have met that aren't all about trying to ""make a sale"", they actually try to help you out! I also met supersam! he was SUPERCOOL! I will definately continue all my furniture needs with exclusive furniture! more

I had never heard of Exclusive Furniture till this Labor Day when I went to go buy Furniture at one of their neighbors who do a lot of Advertising and was curious and was very disappointed with the neighbor, I was leaving to go home and saw Exclusive Furniture in the Almeda parking lot. At first I was hesitant to go there but then I was like what the heck I am already here so why not stop and I am glad I did. I think that was the best decision I ever made in my life. My wife and me have been to 4 different furniture store that day and were denied credit at 2 stores before we went to Exclusive Furniture the sales person Rigo made me feel welcome and wanted the store looked nice so we decided to look he handed me this beautiful huge flier with alot of special on it, to make a long story short they(Exclusive Furniutre) have this special program where you can get approved for $2600 credit instantly as long as you have a job and checking account.
