Exclusive Furniture

We wanted to buy our daughter a new bed for her 6th birthday so we decided to go to Exclusive Furniture. Our daughter wanted a bunk bed, however for safety reasons we didn't want her to have one. We knew right away if we bought her a different type of bed that it would have to be spectacular. My husband and myself stopped by on Saturday morning without my daughter. One of the salesmen was very helpful in showing us around and answering all of our many questions. Once we found a cute little bedroom set we let the salesmen know that we would return with our daughter who was having a birthday the next day and who wanted a bunk bed. When we returned to the store about an hour later the salesman met us at the door and escorted us back to the bed that we wanted to show her. He was very personable. He told her happy birthday and he helped us convince our daughter of how awesome the bedroom set was. The store was suppose to deliver the bedroom set on the following Monday, but they graciously delivered it the same night so that she would have it for birthday. As soon as I entered the store I received great customer service. There were 3 salesmen in front of the store and greeted me with much welcome as soon as I entered the store. The prices were affordable, and my salesmen, Dean, made me feel very comfortable by answering every question I had. The delivery went smooth as possible with me getting everything I had ordered. When I arrived at the furniture store, I was apprehensive at first. I was afraid that the commercial slogan and advertisements were probably too good to be true. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The salesperson appeared to be quite genuine in his effort to help me find the furniture that I needed. Rodney was professional, courteous and friendly. The prices were competitive and the product quality was commendable. The finance plan was not overwhelming as I had feared. So, overall this experience has surpassed my expectations. Exclusive Furniture was the best choice we made in purchasing our furniture. The living room came with a free 50"" flat screen TV that helped use save in having to purchase a new TV. The bedroom furnture was also a great asset to our selection. It was made of good quality and for the price we paid, we made an excellent deal. more

I had a good experience while shopping at EF furniture. Sale staff is very polite. Manager is willing to lower the sale price for the travel expense to the store. Picking up at the warehouse was easy. They loaded and tied the furniture for me..Overall a good experience. Will refer friends in the future. more

My birthday was coming up, and I decided to buy myself an oversized king-sized bed as a present. I visited Exclusive Furniture first and fell in love with the bed, went to a few other stores but couldn't get this bed out of mind. When I made up my mind, I came back into the store and met a very helpful salesman named Zeke. I didn't realize that the store closed at 6:30pm because it was sunday, and he didn't tell me that until I was done shopping around 7:30pm. He had my delivery set up and papers ready for me to sign the foloowing day before I even got there, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The delivery time was set for the next day between 12pm-5pm, which usually means 4 o'clock, but not with Exclusive, they were at the house at 1pm. The delivery guy had my sister call me to see if I had any special instructions for him, and that threw me because that had never been done before. I have had the best experience with Exclusive Furniture, and I would forever shop here first, and recommend everyone I know to come and see Zeke over at Exclusive furniture. more

Exclusive Furniture is such a nice place to go to! I absolutely love them! They were so friendly while I browsed through the store & gave me a great price & their opinion when I was debating on what style to get. The delivery drivers were very nice, they cleaned up their mess & were very pleasant when telling me they were done & wanted me to make sure everything was in good condition. My wife and I looked at multiple places for brand new living room and a king bed and mattress. We stopped in at Exclusive and found exactly what we were looking for. We were even able to find the King bed to match our current bedroom set. We got an great deal and it even included a wonderful 51"" Samsung Plasma TV. I needed a good deal on mattresses and living room furniture. I got a fair price and needed delivery next day. The delivery schedule was full and was told it would be delivered on Monday. I explained to the owner (Sam) that i really needed it next day and he was able to fit me into the schedule. Great Service!! more
