I went into store looking for new living room furniture. The sales person was very friendly and attentive. I faxed over all my paperwork and was approved in less than an hour. My furniture was delivered on time actually before time. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality furniture on a budget. more

We purchased a living room set with a set of lamps to match. The living room set was delivered the next day but the lamps were not. The delivery driver told us the lamps were on back order and he did not know when they would be in. I wish they would have told us that while we were in the store instead of having to ask the delivery guy, then finding out our lamps will one day show up....as of today, it's been a week. more

went to Exclusive Furniture with my wife and my kids after recieving a flyer in mail from them. I was really concerned and scared going there after reading all those reviews listed below and was hoping to GOD that I wouldn't have to regret the trip but my wife was really persistent about going over there. Once we got there a salesman greeted us at the door and handed us the same flier and told us to look around and he will visit with us in a minuter for us to feel at home. I really liked that they weren't too pushy, my wife saw what she liked the salesman was very friendly and courteous and we decided to buy the furniture. I was still very scared but we had already been to 20 furniture store and I was glad my wife had finally found something she had really liked and the idea of her not taking me to any more furniture stores was good. I spoke to the manager and told him my concern he told me they deliver 75 to 80 deliveries a day and some times things might happen and people never write more

I know most people only write when something goes wrong but i'm here to speak for us 9-10 customers that have no problems...i went to the EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE on 290 & Jones rd. when i walked in i was greeted by a salesman by the name of Ron he explained all the current sales to me and proceeded to show me around the store when it was all said and done i picked out a dining room set and a living room set i ask for a reasonable discount cause i was paying cash Ron asked a gentleman named Sam he agreed and i got my furniture the next day.. I later came to find out that Sam was the guy on the TV. all-n-all it was a great experience....I understand when things go wrong is when something is said, but I'm one of many that had a great visit....thanks for everything guys! more

I went to Exclusive Furniture at the Northwest Freeway location and was pleasantly surprised. The selection was great the salespeople were friendly and the atmosphere was great. It was Saturday so there were a lot of people there and it took someone a little while to come help us but they took great care of us. We had gone to othere stores and they didn't want to give us a break on cash deal but at Exclusive Furniture they treated us like we were important. We ordered our dining set from a catalog. Every thing was delivered the next day and the dining set in 12 days as promised. I recommend Exclusive Furniture to everyone. more

I never thought I would be approved, but I got approved thanks to exclusive furniture my salesperson was attentive and the selection was fabulous, great prices. I recieved my furniture next day they charge $89 for delivery which I was not excited about but when I recieve the delivery I understood the service was A class all the way. I was needing furniture for my new move. The commercial came on the radio about the special at Exclusive Furniture. The advertisement was very enticing. So as usual I went on line to read the reviews about the store and it's products. Wow, not very good at all. But, for some reason "I took a chance" and glad I did. The salesmen were awesome and the delivery was on time and very professional. I had no problems with this purchase. So my advice is to use your on judgement. (Thanks Joseph James) more

We had a great experience with Exclusive Furniture. We bought a king bedset, queen bedset and a kitchen set from them. They had great prices and still reduced the prices more and threw in free delivery. Everything was delivered when told and in great condition. Great quality! We will definately go back for more furniture in the future!! more

I needed some new furniture for my apartment and Exclusive Furniture helped me out. I bought a new couch at the 290 and Jones location and got it delivered a day later. Delivery was on time which is cool because I usually have to wait hours on the cable guy. I shopped around for my new sofa at a few stores before I found the best deal at Exclusive. I just felt they were offering the best value for the quality I was getting. They even knocked off a couple hundred bucks since I paid cash. I would recommend shopping Exclusive Furniture and you will save some cash and get nice stuff. Sales team is very laid-back and will work with your budget. Oh, I also went over to their clearance center on 59 and Gessner for a new dresser. Got an awesome deal since it was a close out item. I recommend checking out their clearance center also. I went to Exclusive Furniture with my husband and my kids to buy furniture for our new house. I know they have other locations but we went to the North west Freeway location. We had been to other stores in the city but were not impressed at all especially the big ones. Exclusive Furniture had these 14 pcs living room packages that were great for good prices. The Sales staff was cordial. We bought a master bedroom set, a Simmons mattress set and a 14 pcs living room set. Every thing was delivered the next day on schedule and delivery staff was great. I highly recommend Exclusive Furniture to everyone who is looking for furniture more

My husband and i bought a new bedroom set, and 6 theatre seats from exclusive My sales person was very help full and Knowledgeable about the pieces i was delivered the bedroom set and My seats the NEXT DAY!
