We were treated harshly at this store. My daughter did not receive her dining room set. It wa part of the $1999 special that included a bedroom set, free mattress, free TV, Living...

GREAT Service 10/21/2011

They have the best customer service I have yet received from a Furniture store. Right when I walked in the door I felt welcomed. I wasnt to sure what to expect due to many other furniture stores turning me away because of my credit and their high prices. But EF was the total opposite of all that they did their best to help me on what I was needing to purchase. While waiting for the paperwork and to see how much i would get approved for my Sales man showed me around the store explaining the deals they had on any other items i might one day need he answered all of my questions. I was more than satisfied with their GREAT Customer Service I walked out of there with a Bedroom Set for My daughter and an Entertainment Center that was Delivered to me. Great experience! more

GREAT SERVICE FROM 12200 Gulf freeway Store.. 10/21/2011

I went into the the stor on 10/20/11 around 5 pm, a sales rep by the name of ZEKE walked right up greated us. (Did not get that at 2 other stores we looked at). I told him what i was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, He showed me a few livingroom sets, He was right there for any questions. I was in and out of there with in 20 min. I knew what I wanted, ZEKE found me what I asked for and even CHEAPER!!!! THANKS ZEKE and EXCLUSIVE!!!!!!! more

I was searching for a particular bed, the sales person was very helpful, i think we looked at the same bedroom furniture three or four times. He even went through some catalogs with me, very patient. I finally found what I wanted, got it the next day as promised. I went to several stores, got the best price at Exclusive furniture. more

I just bought the i comfort sera mattress and box spring. This bed is the most comfortable bed i have ever laid on. James is a great sales person. I will be back for a dining room set. more

I came into Exclusive furniture to have a look around and was very impressed with the selection. I ended up coming back a week later when I had more time on my hands. I was looking for a few key pieces for our new house and ended up buy a lot more then I had intended. Our once sparse home is now fully furnished and absolutely beautiful. The sales girls was very sweet and helpful. Delivery and set up were also fast and could not have been easier. more

Awesome 10/11/2011

Really enjoy going to Exclusive Furniture, I've been there about 3 times to purchase merchandise for 3 different rooms & they always help me with what ever I need. They always give me a great price & now they know me by face. The receptionists are always very friendly & speak very nicely. They even call me the day after I get my stuff to confirm that I received everything in good condition! I've never heard of a furniture store doing that! They really stand behind their stuff, my legs on my sofa had broken & they sent someone out the next day to replace my legs! they are very nice people & I will def. do business with them for as long as their around! more

Just ordered my furniture this past sunday. Great Service. The sales associate Baltimore was extremely helpful, made sure my boyfriend and I needs were met.
