My wife and I went to Exclusive Furniture to purchase a bed for our three year old. I understand that to bed that we wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer (because Exclusive didn't have it in white), but this was only due to the color of the bed. The company they order it from is located in Dallas. Anyway, long story short. The bed was promised to be delivered on Thursday evening. We had company coming in town and really could of used the trundle bed that came with his bed. Now we have company sleeping on the floor for two nights until the bed can be delivered on Saturday some time. Never mind the fact that someone is going to have to stay around the house all day Saturday and miss the wedding that we already had plans to attend. When I called the store to find out an ETA on the delivery, the person on the other end (who claimed to be the Manager) did not care about the problem and said that the bed will not be delivered until Saturday. I work in the service industry and if I were to tell a customer that sorry about your plans and your problem, you will have to wait. I would be standing in the unemployment line. more
