Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air

I have been using Dipple for 30 years and have the highest expectations for them. The most recent work I have used them for was a clog in my kitchen. They sent a fellow out to check the clog, and he was very thorough. He replaced some old parts, but more importantly he explained what he was doing and how much it would cost before he did anything. He used a router type thing and made sure it was clean and that he left the kitchen spotless. We discussed the protocol if I had any further problems with the sink and left me feeling confident in the job done and aware of the work done. more

Same day service. Called them out to inspect a potential problem after hours. Found no issue, tech was in & out in less than 25 minutes. Waived the after hours fee more

It has been 6 months now from when Dimple installed a full home with auto transfer panel for me and now I will still say, they are great to have do the work. I had Dipple out to install a new toilet. They were incredibly professional, but also friendly and down to earth. They were really personable and got along great with my dogs. They were just fun to have around, you want them there doing your work. more

My experience with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air has been good so far. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but I spoke to Mr. Dipple himself and he straightened everything out. The pricing was right, they came in way under budget. They are really nice folks there and worked out well. That was for the plumbing, and they did a lot of work correcting issues and everything seems to be working well now. I also called them for heating and air help. The technician, Will Wilson, came out and he was very professional. I even tried to trick him by asking him questions I knew the answer to. He passed with flying colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future. more

Dipple has been taking care of my plumbing for 20, 25, maybe thirty years. They have always been a good service. The gentlemen who came out recently, George and Mike, were courteous and professional. They told me what they were going to do, did it, and I thought they were very good representatives of the company. I am very pleased with them and happy with the service, so all in all, they deserve fives all the way around. more

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air replaced a ratty old water heater for a new tank-less water heater. They installed it, did a wonderful job, and now we have hot water. Before our new heater was installed we had a house full of company and they said they would not be coming back because we did not have hot water in the house, which is a joke but our old water heater just didn't work. We're very happy that Billy guided us to the right unit. It works. more

Considering the circumstances of the day, Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air truly exceeded my expectations. It was early Sunday morning and it was Father's Day and we had a water leak. They were the worse conditions you could have on a weekend with getting a company to come out for repairs. I called two other companies, who were supposedly equal to to Dipple as far as price and work went. They all advertised 24 hour service, but only Dipple Plumbing immediately picked up. The Secretary was very good as far as taking the information and giving me a 15-20 minute time frame of when the tech would be calling me. The service tech called me within the time frame given and told me he was about an hour out, but would be here shortly. He arrived within the time he'd given me, analyzed the site and made a game plan. He executed the plan quickly and efficiently and by 3:30 that afternoon we were in the dry. The job was very satisfactorily done. I have used them twice before and both times were good, however in this situation, considering it was the weekend, on Father's Day, I felt they exceeded my expectations. They had people on call with attitudes that they were there to perform a service, so as far as their customer service went, they were outstanding. They advertise that they are available 24 hours a day, and they really lived up to it. more

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air was very nice and efficient. I was very much impressed with them. They serviced my air conditioner. I was impressed with their TV ad, and that's why I chose them. I wasn't satisfied with the people I had been using in the past. more

These guys are great!!! They show up on time, they are VERY respectful of the property - cover their shoes, never leave a mess...they guarantee their work, but they don't have to because its always done right. They have done lots of work for us including a new A/C unit to replace our old one. We could not be happier! You won't be disappointed if you use them! In a world where you get what you pay for - you get MORE than what you pay for with this guys - they may cost a tiny bit more up front, but they are worth twice the price! more

Had Dipple come out and put new pipe in my kitchen and bathroom. Service was very well priced. The plumber was Greg and he was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Dipple for any plumbing needs. more

We had been having some issues with the furnace in our second home where our son lives. I looked for a company close to home and found Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. I called them and they came out immediately. They were terrific and so helpful. They worked with my son to show him a lot about the furnace and general upkeep. They were not condescending and just tried to help show what could help the situation. It could not have been a better experience. more

They were supposed to be here at a certain time, and they were waiting right at my door when that time came. They were very efficient. They worked two days to fix all my issues. I was very pleased with the whole deal from start to finish. They kept my house nice and clean, making sure to were covers over their shoes. They were recommended to me by my grandson. I would recommend them to anyone after the great experience I had. more
