I have a rental house. It was a Saturday afternoon and the lady called to say that her "john" was overflowing. It led to two other problems. To get started, I called Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air and within an hour and a half they came over! I had called a couple of other people and they said they didn't know if they could come today. There was a lot of ambiguity about servicing today. I had seen Dipple Plumbing on TV so I decided to try them out. They are efficient, courteous, and were on time! Cost-wise, it was probably on par with other people. I wasn't outraged but it wasn't low as I thought it would be. I liked Dipple Plumbing because of their overall quality and being on time! more

The receptionist and technician were both respectful of my time, keeping me updated as to when I could expect service. When Greg arrived, he was polite, thorough and patient with my questions. I will use Dipple again. more

My renter was having a draining issue so I looked in the phone book and started dialing. The people at Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air were extremely responsive. They were actually intelligently responsive: they realized that what was needed could probably wait the next day because it would be less expensive during the weekend. He gave us tips on what to do, and saved me $75! A lot of places would go ahead and charge you. Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air fixed a malfunctioning heat pump for me. I just let my fingers do the work in the Yellow Pages and found Dipple! We were new to the area and we were looking for someone open 24/7. We called expecting that we needed someone to come out right away. However, with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air, we did enough work to tell you what to do and to know that we could wait until the morning! I needed to have a new hot water heater put in, and Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air came out and did a good job installing that. When my in-laws called me up at 10:30 at night because their kitchen was flooding, I went over to analyze the damage and called Dipple, since I had just used them. They sent someone out who fixed it up after about 4 hours. The final bill was really high! My father-in-law went a little senile about that. In the end, we were very pleased with the work they did for us, it was fantastic! However, it was expensive! This company is fantastic! The personal is great, full of really good, kind and family-oriented people. The workmanship is great, I recognize good work when I see it. The only negative is that their prices are very, very high! Whenever I asked a questions, they fully explained the answer to me. I really trust them a lot. I think they are fair and the have always treated me very well. Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air has been around in Greenville for years. In terms of what they've done for us, we have a French drain, new wiring, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a finished basement--I can't even tell you all that they've done! Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air worked on the top of our house down the basement. We also had new doors and windows installed by them. They're expensive, but they're worth every penny. You pay for what you get. You want the best, you hire the best! more

Used them summer of 2011 because my air conditioner was not putting out like it should, tried other people and was not satisfied. They were professional, on-time, and my unit has never worked this good! more

For about a week my sink had been stopping up, and the plumbers I used to use had gone out of business. I was flipping through the yellow pages, when I saw the Dipple Plumbing truck in my condo parking lot. That's a sign that a company is good, if your neighbors are using them. I called, and they were here within a few hours. The person I talked to on the phone set a positive tone for the encounter. If you don't impress, then your in a mess. When the gentleman arrived at the door, he made sure I knew who he was, and that I was comfortable having him in my home. I live by myself and am disabled, so this is concern for me. He put booties on his feet to keep from tracking anything around, and had my problem diagnosed in only a few minutes. He explained exactly what the problem was, and brought back this big honking thing to clear the drain, which he also explained. He resolved the problem with minimal noise, and no mess. Somewhere along the way it came out that we had gone to the same high school, and we had some good laughs about that. It was a very pleasant experience, overall. He finished up and I signed the paper, and said I would call his boss to tell them what a good job he had done. This was my first time using Dipple, and I will certainly call the again if the need arises. They are good people. more

I work at a fire station a mile from Dipple Plumbing, Inc. and I pass Dipple Plumbing, Inc. all the time. I had a new septic tank and new drain fill put in. The first time, the system they put in failed so they came back and the technician fixed the work without charging an extra dime. My property looks better now than when I first got the property! I have been using Dipple Plumbing for about a year, and I am glad that I found them. All of the servicemen are very neat and professional. They don't drag mud and dirt through my home, and do a good job of cleaning up after themselves after a job. They are also very knowledgeable about the latest and greatest technology. This is important to me, because having efficient appliances means saving money. Most recently, Dipple installed two solar-powered attic fans for me. Everything went smoothly, and I am satisfied with the results. Another time, I was experiencing an issue with my hot tub, which I thought was related to the power coming from the electrical box. The technician was able to figure out the problem for me quickly, and though it was the actual hot tub heater that was damaged, and not an electrical issue as I had suspected, I saved a lot of money using them for the diagnosis, rather than a hot tub repair person. Before finding Dipple, I had used another local company to install a new hot water heater, and it was a disaster. Not only did I have to bring them out five times before the job was done to my satisfaction, but they didn't tell me about any green products. With Dipple, I know I would have received a better product and superior service. Dipple know what they are doing when it comes to problem solving, and can produce innovative solutions. I live in a ranch home, and one side is usually hotter than the other, due to the way the sun hits. They were able to provide a way to get a more consistent temperature throughout my home, and it's wonderful. They are on top of all the various areas in which they provide service, and that's possibly the best part about them--that they do it all. I don't have to call separate companies, with varying levels of quality, because I can go to Dipple and they take care of everything. Debbie Brown more
