I like Dee's Doggie Den and have been boarding my dog there whenever I go out of town for the last five years. My dog always comes home happy after staying there and the staff has always been helpful. I love that they have the web cam so you can check in on your dog throughout the day. I've never had a bad experience with them.\r \r It's a shame someone is abusing this site to post negative reviews especially the fake Better Business Bureau report. If you'll take the two minutes to research it yourself on the BBB site, you'll see they have an A rating. Dee's does a great job!\r more

My dog Millie comes to Dee's for boarding. She just loves coming here! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel extra special. Millie enjoys playing with all the other dogs! more

I have a great dane named Indigo and she LOVES going to daycare! When she was smaller I took her to Petsmart but she out grew their play areas. Dee's has plenty of space for even a dog of her size. She goes twice a week and it wears her out! She has SO much fun playing that when I pick her up and take her home she goes right to sleep because of all the fun and excitment of her day. I find the staff VERY friendly. Any time I have questions about Indigo'sday they are happy to share stories and information. more

Bottom line, DEE's IS AN AMAZING PLACE and my dog LOVES GOING! She is sad when I don't take her and she doesn't get to play with all her friends! more

We have had to board our dog there five times now. The second time she caught kennel cough and we thought it was just bad luck. This last time she was severely bit by another dog - left a hole in her ribs the size of a quarter. Both times we received no explanation and basically an acquisatory tone of the risks of boarding our beloved family member. While the staff seems courteous and nice I'm convinced the managment / ownership is extremely poor. We've never received a call from Dee - even after our pup left there with a chunk out of her side the size of a quarter! Please avoid this place. I took my Siberian Husky to be shaved here. (I've since read how Husky's shouldn't ever be shaved, alas.) Dee told me my Husky would have to be shaved completely because her coat was so thick. I agreed, having no clue that my baby would look like a character from Horton Hears a Who! I've had scary shave jobs done to my Persian cats and Collie's at other places before, but this is the worst, and that is saying a ton. It's an absolute horror. Instead of tapering her face and neck , they made a sharp cut across the sides of her face to keep some facial hair, then completely shaved her neck area. I could never imagine a groomer could be so terrible. I will never go back to this place for anything! They are a disgrace. Cons: INCOMPETENT GROOMER more

I have a teacup yorkie, Winchester, who LOVES to go to doggie daycare at Dee's. We have been bringing him at least 2 to 3 times a week for almost a year and haven't had a single problem!!! I would recommend them to anyone! \r \r If your a big yorkie lover and owner, like myself, once a month Dee lets a group called Yorkie Play come in and use her play area for a fun afternoon of meet and greet with other yorkie owners while you little one (or ones) play the entire time! My dog, Lola, has been going to Dee's for over 2 years now and absolutely LOVES it! She comes home happy and worn out from all the playing she does through out the entire day. I would reccomend this establishment for anyone who is looking for a daycare/boarding/grooming facility for their dogs or even cats! Pros: Excellent customer service, cleanliness, LARGE playareas! Our 7 month old puppy Marley truly lives up to his name. He's always jumping on the couch, opening drawers, chewing up shoes and shredding every piece of toilet paper around our house. My husband and I couldn't take it anymore! We decided to enroll him in doggie day care twice a week and we chose Dee's! I have been very pleased with them. They are attentive and really interact with Marley allowing him to be the playful little rascal he truly is! He's able to play with dogs his size and is supervised by multiple dog sitters. It's very clean and has two parts to the actual facility. One indoor play area and another outdoor play area that has swimming pools, tons of chewtoys and space for Marley to run around! Marley has made a lot of friends and gets super excited every time we pull up to Dee's.\r \r I trust that Dee's will take good care of him every time I drop him off.\r \r THANK YOU DEE'S DOGGIE DEN! I should have known better, I read all the bad reviews, but stupidly this place was close to my house so I took my puppy there. Well, he got bit. No phone call, just a person telling me he got bit in the morning. I assume this happened because there isn't enough staff to watch all the dogs. I also saw a fight between bigger dogs when I was leaving, so I am inclined to believe that they accept aggressive dogs. Two fights (at least) in the same day. I will not be returning, ever. I would not recommend. The dogs are either inside or out, they don't have access go freely between the indoor and outdoor space.\r \r I am just hoping that he will still be interested in playing nicely with other dogs and become a well socialized puppy and adult dog. I feel terrible about not trusting my instincts and avoiding this place. I feel horrible that my puppy had to go through this and got bitten. He must have been scared. He is a very submissive dog if another is agressive.\r Cons: Aggressive dogs/lack of people watching the dogs more

I wish I had checked out Dee's Doggie Den before boarding my dog there. After 48 hours, my dog went into a coma and died. They promised care they didn't give. They didn't notify me there was a problem. My diabetic dog didn't have water in his cage and I don't believe he was fed. He started siezing and they didn't contact me. The emergency vet said there was no food in his intestines. I'm heart sick. I should have checked them out and I never would have left him there. Cons: too many to mention more

People need to realize that dogs are going to be dogs! I think that the place is clean and smells relatively good considering dogs are animals and have accidents at times! I don't know one dog whose pooh didn't stink! DO YOU? They always clean it up right away and try to make it more pleasant for the parents! I can say my dog has some bad gas at times and covering up that smell seems like the impossible! So I give them mad props for that! I know I wouldn't be able to do it!\r \r Another thing... dogs play rough! It's almost as if the rougher it is for them the more fun they have! So sometimes they get bumps and bruises just like real kids at school! I've gone to the dog park where more fights occur with there own parents with them! Just let your dog have fun... They are in good hands!\r \r I really think the place is great! I love the staff and better yet my dog loves them! He gets excited when he gets in the car and I tell him we're on the way to the doggie den! When we pull up he can hardly wait! I like to drop off in the afternoon so i can do errands and he pretty much drags me up to the girls up front hardly letting me sign in! I come back after a couple hours and he's exhausted (in a good way)! I LOVE IT! And the days that I do drop off in the mornings and he gets to play the whole day he's worn out the entire next day!!!!!! it's great especially with my hyper dog!\r \r To the former employee! Ya you don't seem anything like a disgruntled employee! HA! Wow! Yep def. seems like you were fired! And from your review probably for a good reason! To everyone who has dogged and dissed Dee's needs to look at thier own self and attitudes. First off I have been a customer of Dees for quite some time. (9 years to be exact) and have been with her when she had her old location, yes, while the old location was small and all, it was a god-send to find her..She is a great business owner that does things right and by the rules. When I first brought my dog she was a tad bit scared but what dog isn't when they go to a new place? but after picking her up that afternoon, I came in to a wagging tail and a smiling pup.. I have since had my 3rd generation of animals coming to Dee's and will never go to another place again. Her new facility is large and accomodates not only my 2 large shepherds but also my small yorkie.. for you see they have groups according to thier size and they go outside to a nice play area out back.. I go out of town for business so they get boarded often there.. the staff up front are very polite and know my name and my babies names the moment I walk in the door and when I watch them on the webcams I get a good laugh at the silliness of how they play. I really enjoy being able to watch my little one while temporarily being in a suite. There is a lot of room for them to play and they get a lot of attention and they do a wonderful job with bathing and grooming them. Thank you Dee for taking such good care of my kids and I will continue my business at your facility. ( :\r Satisfied long time customer\r P.S.
