We have had to board our dog there five times now. The second time she caught kennel cough and we thought it was just bad luck. This last time she was severely bit by another dog - left a hole in her ribs the size of a quarter. Both times we received no explanation and basically an acquisatory tone of the risks of boarding our beloved family member. While the staff seems courteous and nice I'm convinced the managment / ownership is extremely poor. We've never received a call from Dee - even after our pup left there with a chunk out of her side the size of a quarter! Please avoid this place. Trust me I said the same thing you are probably thinking - it won't happend to my pup.
