So we took our dog to Dee's for the first time a few months ago and I made myself crazy watching to webcam all day the first day. My poor girl was assigned to the small group and at some point they went from three groups to two and my dog was surrounded by much bigger dogs. She ended up sitting in the corner with her tail between her legs. At this point I was ready to cancel my vacation and go pick her up. Everyone told me that this was normal for the first time at any day care. My dog wouldn't even look at me when we got home! Since then we have been lucky enough to take her to care centers that are based out of people's homes and my dog has loved the play time. \r

Unfortunately, this past weekend we took a last minute trip and Dee's was our only option. Since everyone had told me that her behavior last time was normal for a first timer, I thought it would be alright. This time I didn't watch her on the webcam in fear of making myself miserable. When we went to pick her up on Sunday we asked if we could go to into the play area to get her and we were told no because it was too crowded. I was told there were about 32 dogs in her group and it did looked packed. The crowdedness defeated the hopes of her getting to run freely. As I watched the man go to get my dog, I realized he was heading for the kennels. It was 2:30 pm, what the hell was she doing in a kennel? I saw someone else on here say that they didn't let them out of the kennel until 12 so this is a horrible sign, not to mention that it seemed like this was the real reason they did not want us to go back. We asked the man where she had been in hopes that we were wrong but this wasn't the case. This upset me very much! I am charged for a half day so that you can take my dog out to pee???????? Since we have been home my dog won't look at me and still has all the energy. Please don't take your dog here if you think he/she will come home happy and worn out. I'd be pissed too if I held my bladder from 7pm till noon (perhaps longer seeing how she peed when they finally took her out to bring her to me).
