My experience was one of a lifetime! The entire staff at D.J. Bitzan Jewelers was so kind and helpful. They did not push anything on to me and truly wanted the perfect ring for me and my new Fiance'. The were flexible with us not being in St. Cloud (I live in Denver, CO) by sending us new images and were perfectly on time with our schedule. All of their employees were very helpful in helping me to choose the right ring, not only what my sweetie was looking for or would like, but they also gave great advice on choices available. They informed me of things like durability of certain gemstones and metals that I was not aware of before, while leaving the final decision up to me. I cannot express how impressed I am with D.J. Bitzan Jewelers! My wife and I purchased both our wedding bands, and engagement ring from this store and the quality of service is the best I've ever had. When I was a looking to buy my wife's engagement ring, I was a little worried at first because I live in California, so I never got to see the diamond, or the ring in person. I got to try on several different rings and even got to see catalogues and was never made to feel that I was taking up their valuable time. Beginning the process, I had no idea what I was looking for, but the staff was able to interpret my likes and dislikes in such a way that in the end I knew exactly what kind of ring would be perfect for me. A year later when my now husband went to purchase a ring, the Bitzan staff helped make the experience so personal. They created a custom ring for me. My husband got to be involved in the design process and the selection of the diamond. The goldsmiths even incorporated a stone from my grandmother's ring in to the design!
