Nothing but extremely positive things to say when reflecting upon my experience of entrusting D.J. Bitzan Jewelers with the important task of choosing my now fiancé’s engagement ring! \r
Even as a person who was completely new to world of diamonds and searching for engagement rings, I was treated with nothing but the highest levels of care and personal attention from the D.J. Bitzan staff. A personal connection and sense of trust was easy to establish, and it REALLY went a long way in making the entire experience very enjoyable. I was made to feel like I was their most important customer, and their top priority.\r
The product quality D.J. Bitzan's offers is superior. Hands down. \r
A huge selection of unique and beautiful ring designs to choose from, both in store and searchable online--this really added a level of convenience for me as a lived more than a few hours away from the store.\r
The product quality coming from the diamonds used in these rings are simply unparallel. Beautifully cut, beautiful color and clarity...I've never seen diamonds sparkle and shine as brilliantly as the ones I've seen coming out of D.J. Bitzan's shop. I was incredibly pleased with the final product I received working with these jewelers, and I was able to go out and propose confident that she would be awe struck by the ring I was about to give her, and that she would be PROUD to show this off to her friends and family. \r
And it show... She melted the first time she saw it. She still blinds and infatuates all whom she shows the ring to. And she herself still can’t get enough of it.\r
