D.J. Bitzan is an excellent jeweler! Far better individualized customer service than you will find in chain-store jewelers. All of their employees were very helpful in helping me to choose the right ring, not only what my sweetie was looking for or would like, but they also gave great advice on choices available. They informed me of things like durability of certain gemstones and metals that I was not aware of before, while leaving the final decision up to me. That is the hallmark of a great business and great customer service in my opinion - that they inform you while leaving the ultimate decision in your hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase jewelry, and I am definitely going to be a return customer!
