Although I no longer live in St. Cloud, I have known of D J Bitzan Jewelers' great reputation of great selection and really personable customer service, something that is not easy to find, for a long time. This impression stuck with me so long that I called them from where I live now in Washington, DC to help me pick out an engagement ring.
I was told by many friends that this process takes a lot of time, but because I was with D J Bitzan Jewelers, it was extremely efficient.
I described my price range and sent in a general picture of what I was looking for and within 24 hours, they got back to me with band a selection of band styles and diamonds. It was really easy to pick out what I liked best. Within in the next month, I had the ring shipped safely to me and it now rests on my fiances finger and she LOVES it!
I will be definitely returning to D J Bitzan Jewelers when it comes time to get wedding bands.
