I cannot express how impressed I am with D.J. Bitzan Jewelers! My wife and I purchased both our wedding bands, and engagement ring from this store and the quality of service is the best I've ever had. When I was a looking to buy my wife's engagement ring, I was a little worried at first because I live in California, so I never got to see the diamond, or the ring in person. But my worries were for not, I had Mark help me out through the process. He constantly called and e-mailed me, keeping me updated on everything till my jewelry finally got to my doorstep. Some of my family and friends were a little concerned that I was going to buy such an important piece of jewelry from the internet, but all their opinions changed once they saw the quality and how beautiful the rings turned out, and they were exactly what I asked for. So I can say with all confidence if you are looking to buy from Bitzan Jewelers, and are either in town or states away, this is business that will jump the hoops for its customers and do everything they can to make you totally satisfied and happy with your purchase. And one last thing, Mark is the man! He's a very friendly, easy person to talk to. He'll go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. He's my go to guy now for when I want to buy other pieces of jewelry. Thanks again bud for your help!
