My husband bought my beautiful engagement ring from D.J. Bitzan's 8 years ago and his experience was second to none. From helping him pick just the right setting to finding the perfect stones, he was thrilled with the outcome (and of course, I said YES). They helped us customize the rest of the wedding ring to perfection and I get compliments on my stunning ring all the time. We appreciate the incredible customer service and attention to deal so much that we make the drive from the Twin Cities to D.J. Bitzan's to have any maintenance done on my ring- even re-sizing.
