Review content:
When I first began thinking about preferred styles of engagement rings, the friendly staff at Bitzan's was so inviting and accomodating. I got to try on several different rings and even got to see catalogues and was never made to feel that I was taking up their valuable time. Beginning the process, I had no idea what I was looking for, but the staff was able to interpret my likes and dislikes in such a way that in the end I knew exactly what kind of ring would be perfect for me. A year later when my now husband went to purchase a ring, the Bitzan staff helped make the experience so personal. They created a custom ring for me. My husband got to be involved in the design process and the selection of the diamond. The goldsmiths even incorporated a stone from my grandmother's ring in to the design! In the end, my husband felt like it wasn't just an exchange of money, but that the ring he bought was a special gift just for me.
