Jason is always a pleasure to talk with. He is efficient, really knowledgeable about his work and gives helpful hints. When he visited this week to check on the air conditioner, he noticed that the filter was dirty. Rather than scolding us about it, he just pulled it out part way. He said is was just a reminder to take care of it as soon as possible. He also said that the filters actually needed to be replaced more in the summer when the air conditioner is working than it is in the winter when the heat is turned on. Nice to know! The office staff is always friendly. So nice to have a company that we can depend on.
