Best Hair Salon in Jacksonville! 10/19/2011

Some friends recommended Cortello to me. I have been very happy with the services there. They take care of you from the second you walk thru the door. I love my stylist! She always seems to remember things we talked about on previous visits and she is always willing to take the time to show me different ways to style my hair! The salon is about 30 minutes from where I live, but it's totally worth the drive! I look forward to getting my hair done....it's a way to relax and get pampered! more

Fantastic place to get your hair done 10/10/2011

I just moved to town and really nervous about starting with a new hair stylist, but I was told to try this salon by my neighbor. I was really impressed with the salon! The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming and when I walked in they gave me options for different shampooing services, I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and service this salon offers! The salon was clean and inviting and really new looking. The interior design was trendy and new and the equipment looked really well maintained. All of the stylist were busy so it made me feel like I picked a good and trusted place to get my hair done. Their hours work really well with my work schedule and I can book appointments online which I LOVE! I was very happy with the stylist and will be back for sure! more

Best Hair Salon in Jacksonville 9/24/2011

I thoroughly enjoy this hair salon which I came across online! I was looking for a great place to get a hair cut and Cortello popped up. I decided to give it a try and was matched with Jessica as my hair stylist! She is fabulous. She gave me a great cut which is easy to maintain and which fits my face frame beautifully. I would highly recommend Jessica and Cortello Salon! more

CORTELLO is the Best! After living in Jax for 2 years and going back home to get my hair done everytime, I finally found Cortello! I love this salon! The atmosphere is awesome and the service is top of the line. Everytime I come here I feel relaxed and pampered and leave feeling great! Rhian is my stylist and she is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had. She always listens to what I want and makes my hair look amazing! I would def recommend Cortello to anyone and everyone!\r more

Love this salon! Everyone is always asking me where I get my hair cut. The atmosphere is great and the service is the wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. The massage and wine will have you relaxed in no time. This is a chic salon that will have you coming back again again! more

Jacksonville's Best Hair Salon 9/7/2011

I switched to Cortello just about 6 months ago and could not be any more happy with the Salon and my stylist Erica Reynolds. She is quite talented and very professional. The salon is very glamorous inside and always very inviting. Never do you have to wait for your appointment. The shampoo area is so relaxing, having fell asleep once myself. I look forward to my appointnments. more

LOVE this salon!...can't find anyone i like more than kayla...she's completely honest and dedicated to giving you a great haircut and an amazing blowout before you walk out the door...and we have great chats! the salon is beautiful...not too stuffy though where you feel uncomfortable...the staff is dedicated to making sure you have an amazing experience..from making sure you have something to sip on to the most amazing head massages with the wash/rinse!!! some might say it's a little spendy but your hair is just one of those things you have to invest in and with a good cut and color it has some staying power... they make sure you get your dollars worth...take it from a girl on a budget-it's worth every penny! won't go anywhere else... more

Awesome place!!! I have been looking around for a new stylist for quite some time. and I'm so glad I found Cortello and met Rhian, she is amazing! She did an excellent job on my color correction and in addition gave me a fabulous haircut!! The pampering and treatment I recieved is nothing compared elsewhere!! I highly recommend it!!!!! more

Amazing place! Recently moved to JAX from NYC. I have been in search for a comparable experience to New York and I have finally found it. The decor is trendy, the atmosphere is relaxing, staff is helpful and friendly. Kate is very talented- still getting compliments one month later! An overall great experience, every detail has the customer in mind. more

Cortello is hands down the best salon in Jacksonville. I would highly recommend to everyone. The staff is warm and inviting. I feel they have the most talented stylists in Jacksonville. Priced right and always a great experience. Erica is fantastic!!!! more

I recently went to Erica so she could fix the messed up haircut I received by another salon. It's the best haircut I've ever had. I can't wait to go back so she can work on my color. They are very professional and the head massages are the best. Highly recommended more

Not impressed 7/6/2011

I went here based on good reviews. I've had 2 haircuts- those were OK. But the first person who did my hair blew dried it out and styled it in a way that I told her I'd never ever do on my own- what's the point of that? I couldn't tell what it really looked like until after I got home and washed it. I had an eyebrow wax and for about a week after, I was sore over the eye as if I had been cut. I complained about the eye brow wax in person the next week and via letter. No response. However, Cortello did cash the check I sent them because they accidentally reimbursed me twice for shampoo that I returned. Shampoo (Momo) was not impressive and cheaper online. Nice of Cortello to cash my check but not respond to my complaint. .... more

Amazing Salon 5/23/2011

Cortello was recommended to me back in the fall. Being someone who wasn't happy with my hair and figured no one would be able to make it look good, I reluctantly decided to schedule an appointment. It was the best decision I made. Jessica listed to what I was looking for and gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. She is amazing. The salon itself is calming and very chic. The staff is all wonderful. I look forward to getting my hair cut now and I'm so happy with the way it looks! more

I have been going to Cortello Salon for almost a year now and it's great. My hair stylist, Kayla, does a fantastic job. I followed her from Sutra to here and I'm so glad I did. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and adorable. I would 100% recommend this salon. Even a person with no hair would love this place! more
