I went here based on good reviews. I've had 2 haircuts- those were OK. But the first person who did my hair blew dried it out and styled it in a way that I told her I'd never ever do on my own- what's the point of that? I couldn't tell what it really looked like until after I got home and washed it. I had an eyebrow wax and for about a week after, I was sore over the eye as if I had been cut. I complained about the eye brow wax in person the next week and via letter. No response. However, Cortello did cash the check I sent them because they accidentally reimbursed me twice for shampoo that I returned. Shampoo (Momo) was not impressive and cheaper online. Nice of Cortello to cash my check but not respond to my complaint. ....
